Luxury on the edge of a forest
Pros:

Hotel Cap Polino is a short walk from the Pinneburg train ... 10-15 minutes and an easy route to follow. Behind it is a huge city forest that is well looked after and very pleasant to stretch your legs in.

The actual hotel gave us a warm welcome and staff suggested somewhere to eat as we visited on Sunday when their Deck 48 restaurant and bar was closed. (The recommendation was the Elena Greek restaurant which was just right for us).

The hotel was immaculate with a smoothly operating lift, very comfy beds, a thoughtfully designed ensuite, a pleasant view, but the real stand out was the breakfast and the theme of being on a luxury steamer from the early 1900s. There is also a courtyard within the hotel with a sweet little vending machine.

As a person I am used to a kettle in a hotel room but instead they had bottled water and a bottle opener. I really liked this novelty.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel.
Pros:

Außerordentlich freundliches und hilfsbereiten Personal, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall das Hotel weiterempfehlen und selbst wieder buchen .

Pros:

Gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Hamburg mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Sehr nettes Personal, großer Parkplatz. Hotel ist mit vielen tollen Details versehen und hat seinen eigenen Charme.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach gehalten und wenig modern. Würde wahrscheinlich z.B. im Eingangsbereich / Frühstücksraum auch nicht zu dem Hotel passen, aber Treppenhaus, Zimmertüren, Aufzug und gerade die Zimmer incl. Badezimmer könnten bestimmt etwas aufgewertet werden. Vom Frühstück haben wir uns ebenfalls für den Preis mehr erhofft. Die Sachen, die angebotenen wurden, waren alle regional, was wir sehr gut finden, aber es war überschaubar. So gab es z.B. "nur" normalen Filterkaffee am Tisch und ansonsten eine eher kleine Auswahl. Für uns passte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für den aktuellen Standard nicht so recht.

Ideaal voor een mini vakantie
Pros:

Dichtbij het station, parkeren kost bijna niks (€3 per nacht), kamer is schoon en ruim genoeg. Echt een knus Duits hotel.

Genoeg parkeerplaatsen

Cons:

Geen airco of ventilator op geen vd kamers.
Met name vanaf 115 tm 119 staan vol op de zon.
Wordt gewoon meer dan 30°
Dacht de gekoelde flessen water als compensatie te krijgen maar stonden gewoon op de factuur.
Voor een 4 sterren mogen ze het ontbijt en gekoelde kamers en aanzicht van het gebouw aanpakken.
