Pros:

Der Self-check-in war unkompliziert, das Personal war bei Bedarf sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Die Fenster sind gut schallisoliert.
Ein nicht zu unterschätzender Pluspunkt: An der gegenüberliegenden Straße ist kostenfreies Parken möglich.

Cons:

overpriced and not value for money for what is offered. I will not be staying here on my next visit to Berlin.

The security getting in and out of the building, the size of the room was good.

Cons:

The location is far and not convenient to get around for tourists. Room was very outdated. Bed and pillow were not comfortable. Smelly sewerage smell

Für zwei Übernachtungen ist absolut OK
Pros:

Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, Parkplätze direkt am Hotel, kleine Küchenecke mit Kühlschrank, sehr geräumiges Zimmer, Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke

Cons:

Fenster zu Straße hin sehr laut, Badezimmer sehr klein und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Worst value for money I have ever experienced

Everything about our stay was disappointing.

Parking was advertised, but when we arrived, all parking spaces were occupied. The host simply suggested that we leave our car somewhere along the street, about 200–300 metres away from the hotel. This is definitely not what I expected when booking a property that advertises parking.

The room itself was terrible. There was a very unpleasant smell inside, which we later discovered was coming from the refrigerator. Keeping the windows open at night was not an option either, because they faced a busy road with constant traffic noise.

One of the curtains was partly torn off and could not properly cover the window.

I informed the host about all these problems, but the only response I received was that someone would check everything “tomorrow” — in other words, after we had already checked out. No attempt was made to solve the problems during our stay.

Because of the poor conditions, I asked for complimentary breakfast. They eventually agreed, but unfortunately the breakfast was another disappointment. I genuinely do not understand how they can charge guests €15 for it. There was almost nothing available apart from some cereal and very poor coffee.

I travel frequently and have stayed in many different hotels. In terms of value for money, this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.
