Pros:

Good location, lovely setting, comfortable accommodation

Cons:

No option for gluten free breakfast but the staff team were excellent at letting me know and we made other arrangements

Amazing apartment, very spacious which is nice to have some space in Japan
Great location, everything is walkable or possible to go around by bike
The private onsen in the apartment is truly amazing
The private mini golf is a cute addon
Kind and helpful staff
Very peaceful area
Great restaurant close by (Zoo)

Cons:

The breakfast could be better
The view on Fuji is very limited with a new building right in front blocking the view for most apartments, very pity for the place because it is very beautiful

Pros:

L'emplacement est très pratique, proche de la gare et à une petite distance de marche du lac. Il y a également de nombreuses options pour se restaurer à quelques minutes de l'établissement.
La chambre est spacieuse, bien équipée et le bain est particulièrement bienvenu en fin de journée. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très soigné (sandwichs emballés individuellement, tomates pelées etc). Bref tout invite à la détente, le personnel est aux petits soins et vous pouvez vous servir une boisson fraîche ou chaude à la réception entre 15h et 19h puis aller la savourer en allant observer le Mont Fuji du point de vue situé à l'arrière de l'établissement.
A noter que des yukatas noir et blanc sont fournis dans les chambres et que vous pouvez en emprunter des colorés à la réception.

Cons:

Le matelas était un peu dur mais sinon tout était parfait.

Pros:

The view on Mt Fuji en het ontbijt in een picknick mand was wel origineel.

Cons:

De matras was veel te hard en er zijn geen faciliteiten zoals een bar of restaurant. Personeel spreekt nauwelijks engels en vermijd waarschijnlijk daarom het gesprek.

Pros:

We loved the look and feel of the room. The private onsen was great. And in the morning breakfast was delivered with many goodies. The staff personalised the room for our honeymoon, which was greatly appreciated.

Cons:

The bed is really bad. It was so hard that we decided to sleep on the futon, which was not much better. ( we slept on a futon the night before somewhere else and that was great! ) The stay would have been much better if the bed was comfortable….

Comfortable, hospitable and luxurious
Pros:

Close to the station but away from the noise of it. Great staff, breakfast was delivered by two very nice men on time, the viewing point is peaceful. Room A-4 was very spacious with a deep soak tub.

Cons:

My room didn’t have a direct view of Fuji but it was cloudy so wouldn’t have mattered

Bardzo miła obsługa (w dniu kiedy był prognozowany deszcz, przed drzwiami znaleźliśmy zestaw parasoli :) ). Ładny punkt widokowy na Fuji. Prywatny onsen.

Pros:

¡Un sitio súper acogedor y mágico; el alojamiento es más grande de lo que parece en la foto y superó con creces nuestras expectativas! La terraza con los juegos de jardín nos pareció muy divertida y la disposición de la terraza muy cómoda. Escogimos la opción del desayuno de las cestitas, ¡Súper rico y variado! ¡Lo tomamos en la terraza de la entrada del hotel con unas vistas impresionantes del Fuji!
Sin embargo, lo que más me gustó fue el mirador, una zona preciosa para ver el Fuji tanto de día como de noche, rodeada del huerto y flores le dio ese toque especial que buscábamos para nuestra visita a Kawaguchiko <3
