Very nice accommodation. Great view and central location. Very nice and rich breakfast

Cons:

Bed was way too hard. We moved to the futon as it was more comfortable, but still hard for western standard.

Recommend based on our experience.
Pros:

Very good hotel proximity to the main Train/Bus station (5 mins walk). Room was very clean and big enough for family of four. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very good view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel observation point.

Cons:

Price could be a bit lower but I guess all the good things about the place come at a price. Very happy with the stay.

Incrível estadia com vista para o Fuji exclusiva.
Pros:

Recepção dos funcionários, cordialidade, limpeza dos quartos, espaço do quarto, vista para o Monte Fuji, café da manhã, onsen. Tudo! Ficaria mais dias e voltarei com certeza!

Great place to stay !
Pros:

Our stay was fantastic. The room was spacious, and the garden was beautiful. They even have their own Fuji viewpoint! The bath was amazing, and the hotel was close to the station, so we could easily catch a bus to Mt. Fuji. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I especially enjoyed our conversation with the person who was originally from Lombok. Another person who surfed was also great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful Japanese experience in a beautiful boutique hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was incredible - it was delivered to our room daily in picnic baskets. Many yummy goodies to start the day.

Cons:

Beds could have been a bit softer. But this was a very very minor part of the whole experience.

Top locatie en prachtige, rustige huisjes met een eigen tuintje.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was heel goed verzorgd. Twee sandwiches dagelijks wisselend beleg, soep, toetje, sap. Top!!
De accommodatie was fantastisch. Het personeel supervriendelijk en de ligging dichtbij het station.

Cons:

De bedden waren wel wat aan de harde kant. Niet heel comfortabel.
