Vacaciones terroríficas
Cons:

1. Estafa en toda regla. Se nos cobró un precio por una habitación superior y se nos asigno una sencilla , pequeña, simple.
2. Alojamiento descuidado e inseguro.
3. Falta de comunicación entre clientes y personal del hotel. Fue imposible comunicarse con el hotel en reiteradas ocasiones y se hizo interminable después de ir a las 12 de la mañana hora prevista tener que volver a las 15.30h por qué no había nadie en el alojamiento que nos pudiera recibir.
4. Falta de suministro de agua caliente entre las 22.30h y las 10 de la mañana.
5. Fotos pasadas de antaño, no correspondientes a la actualidad.
6. Personal de recepcion desagradable y sin dar soluciones ni dar la cara . No recomendaría jamás este lugar .
7. Desayuno caro, escaso y falta de alimentación.
8. Piscina sucia sin mantenimiento adecuado , falta de ducha para la higiene personal. Poca profundidad . Engaña y no está indicada la profundidad de la misma , por lo que puede causar un accidente inesperado.
9. Columpios para niños en mal estado e inhabilitados.

Pros:

Arrived and no room as the roof had leaked. Sent to sister hotel only few mins away. Hotel rustico Finisterra, Reception guy was very good. He was also the barman but very quick between both jobs.

Cons:

FINISTERRA Owner vaccuming the bird cage while i was sitting drinking a beer, blowing dust everywhere. So i moved to the main lounge and then he came through spraying some liquid everywhere. So bird dust and some scented liquid in my beer! Do your cleaning before 1500 please.
