great hotel with good view. Extremely bad service from the restaurant. no coordination between the restaurant and the reception staff. they expect us customers to coordinate for them. terrible food service in terms of getting the food charged to the room, food not bad but terrible terrible arrogance from the restaurant staff. as a vegetarian, very less options but that’s not a major issue.
Clean and large rooms, we booked ocean facing. Good breakfast spread. Spa and jaccuzi , staff were responsive
Indian section of breakfast was bad. The deeper swimming pool was under renovation. Lift takes a lot of time to come.

We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Danang.
The ocean view from our room was absolutely amazing, and we truly enjoyed relaxing while taking in the beautiful scenery every day.
The hotel location is excellent, right in front of My Khe Beach, making it perfect for both sightseeing and a relaxing getaway.
The hospitality from all the staff was outstanding, and everyone was warm, friendly, and very attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was also delicious with a wide variety of choices.
A special thank you to Mr. Nhan Vo for his exceptional kindness and support, which made our stay even more memorable and special.

The location is very good.. in front of beach. The ocean facing rooms were awesome. The breakfast buffet had a good spread.
Maybe they could keep items in minibar and not leave it in need to order.
Great location as in front of beach and many restaurants. The pool is small but enough to have fun and swimming. I will stay here again if I come to Danang.
The hotel is a little dated , the carpet in the room was dirty smell a little moldy, but I can see the renovation when I was staying, the bed super comfortable , clean bathroom . The breakfast buffet was amazing. They have all different variety of food and they changed it every other day. I really enjoyed it.
It was a little dated and smell moldy , the beaches from the cross the road, so if you want to go to beach to get take a walk
This is a beach facing property with the beach easily accessible.
The best part here is, the beach facing the hotel doesn't get crowded and its more like a private beach for Sheraton since not too many access this part.
Rooms were very good, very well kept. I can say the same about the service. especially in the restaurant on the 36th floor.
Since we are pure vegetarians, we were happy to see that the breakfast buffet and dinner has a few veg options.
Its well located as well with the night market and the dragon bridge a short distance away.
