Pros:

I travelled with my poodle dog and we both were welcomed. The staff were friendly and the food was great.

Bon séjour malgré des problèmes .....

Le personnel très à l 'écoute des problèmes et essayant d'y remédier.Petit déjeuner fantastique.

Cons:

Tout était très humide dans la chambre : les meubles le sol les portes . Le sol était vraiment mouillé et l'eau coulait...
Le personnel nous a apporté un deshumidificateur pour tout le séjour; Inconcevable dans un 5 étoiles.
Le balcon n 'était pourvu d'aucun meuble : ni chaise ni table. Et on nous a conseillé de ne pas ouvrir la fenêtre pour éviter encore l humidité... Donc le balcon ne servait à rien .
Une grande partie de la piscine était en réfection. De plus la partie non en travaux donne sur un immeuble délabré .

Pour moi ce n'est pas digne d'un 5 étoiles.
Nous souhaiterions un dédommagement ........

Pros:

Trông cũ quá, thang máy thì chậm bao năm nay không cải tiến, phòng thì bị xuống cấp, được cái nhân viên và chú bảo vệ rất dễ thương, thân thiện.

the stay was let down by a chaotic late check-in, poor service, closed pool, and underwhelming breakfast.
Pros:

The room itself was a standout — spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with great views from level 30. Staff were consistently polite and friendly throughout the stay, and small touches like the complimentary mangoes were appreciated.

Cons:

The check-in process was extremely disappointing. Despite a 3pm check-in time, we arrived at 3:30pm and were told the room wouldn’t be ready until 5pm, eventually gaining access at 5:50pm after multiple follow-ups. After a full day of travel — and having noted a birthday on the booking months in advance — this lack of preparation and communication was frustrating.

The pool, which was one of the main reasons for booking, was under renovation — a major letdown.
The overall level of service did not meet expectations.

There was no assistance with organising day trips, transport, or airport transfers, leaving guests to arrange everything themselves.

Breakfast was poor — while there was variety, the quality did not match.

Additionally, the elevators were slow and inefficient despite there being four, which added to the inconvenience during the stay.
