Excellent service from Lucy at the front desk! She was very friendly, fast, and efficient in assisting us. Wonderful experience
Pros:

Ms. Tram at reception is a real gem. She fully co-operated with us and helped us to book the right room. Also guided us for da nang activities to do.
She is very knowledgeable and does her work with full heart and commitment.

Trải nghiệm chưa tương xứng với tiêu chuẩn của một khách sạn 5 sao

Trải nghiệm lưu trú của tôi tại Four Points lần này thực sự chưa được như kỳ vọng, đặc biệt là về dịch vụ và tình trạng phòng.

Ngay khi đến khách sạn, bạn tôi phải tự mình mang hai chiếc vali lên cầu thang để vào sảnh. Chỉ đến khi chúng tôi lên tới sảnh thì nhân viên bảo vệ mới ra hỗ trợ kéo hành lý. Tôi nghĩ đây là một điểm cần cải thiện, vì phần khó khăn nhất chính là đoạn cầu thang ngay từ lối vào, trong khi việc kéo vali trên sàn phẳng trong sảnh thì đã nhẹ nhàng hơn rất nhiều.

Quy trình check-in cũng chưa tạo được cảm giác chuyên nghiệp. Nhân viên lễ tân khá lúng túng, thường xuyên phải quay sang nhìn quản lý để xác nhận thông tin, nói vấp và có vẻ chưa nắm rõ các quy định hoặc quy trình của khách sạn. Khi check-out, nhân viên còn nói với tôi “Cảm ơn nhiều nha”, một cách xưng hô khá thân mật và không thực sự phù hợp với trải nghiệm dịch vụ tại một khách sạn 5 sao.

Về phòng, tôi khá thất vọng vì phòng có mùi ẩm mốc. Ga giường cũng không tạo cảm giác sạch sẽ và thoải mái; bề mặt ga khá rít thay vì mềm, mịn và trơn láng như tôi kỳ vọng.

Điểm khiến tôi thất vọng nhất là phòng tắm. Kính phòng tắm có rất nhiều cặn canxi. Khi phòng tắm còn khô thì không quá dễ nhận thấy, nhưng sau khi tắm và hơi nước bốc lên, các vết cặn hiện ra rất rõ. Điều này khiến tổng thể phòng tắm trông cũ và thiếu sạch sẽ, thậm chí tạo cho tôi cảm giác giống một khách sạn có tiêu chuẩn thấp hơn rất nhiều so với kỳ vọng ban đầu.

Ngoài ra, toilet không có vòi xịt, điều này khá bất tiện và làm giảm đáng kể sự thoải mái trong quá trình lưu trú.

An experience that did not meet my expectations for a 5-star hotel

My recent stay at Four Points was unfortunately below my expectations, particularly when it came to the service and the condition of the room.

Upon arrival, my friend had to carry two suitcases up the stairs to reach the lobby.

Понравилось абсолютно всё, поэтому мы остановились здесь второй раз. Завтрак прекрасный! Персонал вежливый. Наш номер был великолепен! Не хватило только сушилки на балконе, так как купались два раза в день. Но мы справились двойным комплектом плавок.

Very good mid-range
Pros:

Excellent mid-range hotel that has everything you need.
Pool area being renovated, so this was a little limiting for the experience, but the bar/lounge inside, on the same level was great. Nice view, and we were able to participate in a cocktail making class with the friendly bartender.
Joining a yoga class at the top of the hotel was a nice morning experience too.
Location is great, as it's at the quiet end of the beach, but you only have to cross the road to reach the sand, and then water. Walk a little further for the party on the beach.
Tours will always pick you up from front of hotel, so also convenient.
This is a busy hotel. Lots of big tourist groups. This highlighted one of the weaknesses - very slow elevators. There are three, and we always seemed to be waiting. The journey up (or down) was always super slow. If you're rushing, give yourself plenty of time for the lift.
