Premium Beach Hotel

Mooi hotel, netje, vriendelijk personeel, maar eten was altijd koud en niet lekker,op hun site staat vermeld restaurant a la carte maar die is er niet meer

Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, l'état moyen. Le parquet de la chambre est fortement usé, idem pour la porte de la salle de bain. Le nettoyage est vraiment très basique. 🙁

Il est vendu une salle de fitness mais il n'y en a pas !!! Vraiment dommage. 😡

Les repas sont au top !!! Un vrai choix et une très bonne qualité 👍
Vraiment dommage que les gens soient si irrespectueux. Ils prennent des assiettes remplies et en jete la moitié. Tout ce gâchis...c'est une honte !!! Il devrait y avoir un surplus financier pour cette catégorie de personnages !!! Inadmissible dans le monde où nous vivons !!!😡😡😡

Concernant le personnel, c'est assez aléatoire. C'est du 50/50 sur l'amabilité.

Bella struttura nuova e ben posizionata sulla spiaggia. Camere spaziose e silenziose tranne quando ci sono feste in spiaggia con musica a volume molto alto. Sicuramente positiva solamente alcune piccole migliorie soprattutto legate al servizio che forse necessiterebbe di un manager con esperienza in particolare nei servizi di ristorazione. Comunque un giudizio positivo

Rooms needed serious improving, but didn't spend a lot of time in the room, the lobby and dining areas were nice. Food was excellent, although hamburgers during lunch would have been a bonus. All-inclusive drinks were only coffee, beer, wine, and basic mixers...nothing that required serious bartending skills. The boardwalk right outside the hotel went almost 2 miles in one direction and 1 mile in the other directions, lots of bars and other dining options and tons of stuff for kids to do. Beach area was nice but you had to mark your spot by 8am.

We stayed mid June on an all inclusive basis. The AI was very limited for drinks, we had to pay for tea and if you wanted anything other basic spirits, beer or wine. No tonic/mixers available even to buy, just fizzy orange, lemon or full fat coke from machine. Plastic glasses even at dinner, though I did just ask the staff for a glass and take it to the bar as all drinks were self service. No cocktails on offer the way it’s shown online as I’d have been happy to pay for these. I did buy great Aperol Spritz but I’d just asked for this - no menu showing what was available.

The gym & Al la carte restaurant were closed which was disappointing. The foyer was being re- decorated. I got the impression it was an ‘out of season ‘ vibe as all the theme nights etc you see online didn’t take place.

This may all seem negative but we did have a good time, I think you just need to manage expectations. We paid less than £1000 for 2 people for a week - which was still good value.

The staff were very helpful and the concierge arranged transport and a restaurant booking for a fantastic evening in Tirana.

The food was fairly good, plenty of choice and we always found something we could eat. A criticism would be that you just found your own table, which meant my husband and I had to go up at different times to buffet as we’d have lost the table otherwise as the staff just cleared whatever was there if no one was sitting.

I’d say this was a decent 3 star hotel.

Amazing hotel. Great value for money. Tasty food and drinks. Nice and clean rooms with great sea view. If you are looking for beach holiday, it's a good choice.

Väldigt bra hotell, god mat och väldigt bekvämt med så nära till stranden där hotellet hade egen bar och egna solstolar!
Allt ingår i all inclusive, hade inte varit fel att ha mer snacks mellan måltiderna då det ändå är all inclusive!
Personalen var trevliga!
Många familjer med små barn och den enda nackdelen var att det fanns väldigt lite barnstolar för oss med små barn!

Too much noise during meals,restaurant crowded.Gym is not only too small,but more tjan half of equipment isnt working.

The hotel is great, food is excellent. Superb location, extremely friendly staff. Some little things are disturbing though:
- if you want to have a drink, a coffee etc. along with your meal, the first question you get from the waiter is “how will you pay - cash or card?” You can not charge the room unless you make a cash deposit .... This is quite annoying....
- chairs are missing from the balcony, laundry bags from the rooms, hangers are to few in numberr, etc.
We assume, that the hotel is quite new and these are one of the bugs to fix.
We made an afternoon trip to Tirana and Cruja - nice places, good driver (poor or no English), very comfortable and clean cars.
Perfect transfer from and to the airport.

Két éve nyitott új szálloda, minden tekintetben kielégítő szolgáltatásokat nyújt. Talán egyet hiányolok egy olyan Menedzsmentet, amely az alkalmazottak részére bemutatja az európai tendereket .

Great hotel! Good breakfest!
The best is SPA with great massage from Bali.
If you want really good relax I would prefer Premium hotel.
