Pros:

The location was close to the beach and all the shops

Cons:

The staff was not friendly. When we had checked out they let us keep the car in the parking lot until 5pm which was good. However when we got back to pick up the car, they ended up charging us $2 to use the bathroom. I thought that was ridiculous.

We also felt that we got the worst room in the facility (#6). First of all it didn't look at all like the pictures. Secondly, it was loud all the time; it was in thy lobby next to a pool table next to the gravel parking lot. The noise was constant. And there was no window, technically there's one facing the lobby/pool table but it's frosted with a curtain

Friendlier staff would have helped but they were very short and unpleasant. When we first arrived I felt they could have said " welcome, do you have a reservation?" Instead of giving us a rude stern look with a "how can we help you?". It's a hotel! You're suppose to welcome people. This wouldn't be a big deal if it weren't for their child demeanor.

Ubicación, parking/parqueo, piscinas (2), descuento en restaurante de la zona

Cons:

No disponen de agua caliente…el agua sale natural-fresquita 🥶, no hay colgadores en el baño ni para las toallas ni para el papel higiénico, entra mucha luz por la ventana (a las 5am) unas cortinas estarían genial!

En las noches de fin de semana puedes encontrarte sin opción de aparcamiento (aún siendo huésped) porque el parqueo se abre para el resto del público que va a El Tunco

Fijn personeel van alle gemakken voorzien! Niet in de drukte!

Cons:

Het matras was ingezakt maar dit hebben ze meteen opgelost met een nieuw matras. Het ligt aan de weg wat voor veel lawaai zorgt! Dus als je een lichte slaper bent kan dat wel lastig zijn! En anders een tip: neem oordoppen mee;).

La localización es perfecta y es muy cómodo.

Cons:

Las habitaciones están poco aisladas y tienes que dormir con aire acondicionado por el calor. El horario del desayuno empieza muy tarde (8 de la mañana)

Reinforce respect and good sense for the guests

The staff is kind and tries to help with whatever issue you address them!

Cons:

I understand that el Tunco is a little holiday village and it holds parties Friday and Saturday night, but this does not mean losing all good sense and respect . On Saturday night while there ,on top of the loud music that was coming from all over( not the accomodations fault) , there were guest that had arrived for the weekend only that were terribly loud , shouting, pulling chairs, throwing stuff, chileren screaming all into the night until 4 AM. At 6 i was woken up by other guests on the hamac area inside the accomodation yard, therefore i slept 2 whole hours and was surfing at 7:) . I think the accomodation can remind and ask guests to respect night hours and silence for rest after 23 hours , and be respectful as well cause some people in the pool were getting naked and busy , in everybody’s sight!
