Good hotel overall but wouldn’t come back because of cold showers

AC in the room

Cons:

No hot water (maybe it is common practice in the area but I did suffer a bit even in the hottest days)
Basic room, nowhere to hang towels or clothes, no chair, no fridge.

Fine but with some warnings
Pros:

Location fantastic, fairly quiet up the back room, air con very good. Pool is great and a nice area. Rooms a really big size.

Cons:

There was zero hot water and when asked they said it was only cold. I was sick and all I wanted was a shower with a bit of warmth. Other little things like the light switch only at the door, hard beds, no place to hang towels but told not to leave them on the floor, food at restaurant pretty average...

Pros:

The updated rooms are really great for el tunco.The ac is freezing and the staff super kind.The fire free breakfast tops it off.I will definitely return to this property.

El trato del personal muy excelente. El desayuno muy exquisito.

Cons:

La atención de la persona que nos dio la cuenta en el restaurante la Bocana si dejó mucho que desear, este restaurante lo recomiendan por parte del hotel. Hay muchos mas restaurantes donde atienden excelente.
