Staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable and secure.

Cons:

Only thing was the shower head…It wouldn’t stay up in the top bracket, kept falling…needs a screw to be tightened. I was able to hold by hand so it was ok.

The heater , and the hot water controlled by the managers ; 5 min hot water shower and then you are gonna freeze to death. The heater is barely works and there is no way to change the temperature. It was cold .

Great communication, cosy and central!
Pros:

I arrived after on-site check in hours and the communication with the hotel staff was excellent, just as it was when I needed to leave my bag on site at the end of the trip. The room facilities were great and the room was cosy and snug at a very very cold time of year. The location was excellent and I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go.

We tried to make the best of a bad hotel and neighborhood
Pros:

Dan the woman who runs the staff and her assistant Ann were good.

Cons:

The Le De Ville is in a bad area of Saint Catherine. The shower is puny. No elevator. Bookings .com should not let them charge ahead of time.

Buena relación costo beneficio.
Pros:

La ubicación fue muy buena por el precio, las instalaciones son acogedoras. Es muy fácil movilizarse desde el hotel y conseguir lugares donde comer e ir al súper.

Cons:

El baño no tiene mucha privacidad así que ten cuidado si vas acompañado y no es tu pareja, además la cama me pareció pequeña para dos personas.
