Uncomfortable, dirty
Pros:

The location was the best part of this hotel.

Cons:

The air vents in the room were full of dust and dirt, causing allergies, the bed was hard. The cleanliness of the room was appalling.

朝食は素晴らしいがベッドがとても残念
Pros:

交通が便利でホテルに2,200円で駐車場がついていること。カジュアルだけれど清潔感があり、朝食メニューが良かった。サラダやデリも美味しく野菜も新鮮で、品数は限られるもののどれを食べてもおいしかったです。ウェルカムスイーツに和のお菓子があっておいしかったです。

Cons:

部屋に入った瞬間から変なにおいがあったのですが、ベッドに寝たらおねしょ？のにおいが凄かったです。前の宿泊客かと思うけれど、子どもが眠ってしまったので部屋を変えてもらうなどできずそのまま寝ました。起きたら身体中おねしょの匂いがついてしまったのでシャワーを浴びました。シーツなどは清潔でしたが多分布団が汚れてそのままだったのではと思います。
朝食がとても混んでいてダイニング前でしばらく並びました・宿泊客が多い時には時間を分散するなどの対策をしたら良いのではと思いました。

Great staff, location but cleaning needs to be upheld.
Pros:

Location was very convenient right next to the Tsukuba Exp line or the metro at Tawaramachi. Full body shower was great, enjoyed having a separate shower/toilet. Also liked having free sweet treats at night and coffee in the morning.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the cleanness of the property was poor. I found hairs in my shower and the wall was marked with stains. The sanitary bag on the wall bathroom also had some very suspicious bodily fluid stains. One of the pillow cases also had a stain too. This is unlike any other B Hotels I’ve stayed at. It would be great if the staff would address the cleaning standards.

De locatie was top. Modern hotel. Vriendelijke mensen. Alles was aanwezig

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid maar wat weinig variatie. En het bed was wel wat hard

Excelente ubicacion!
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. Dos líneas de metro cerca y muchas opciones de comida tambien muy cerca. El hotel es muy limpio y el personal muy atento. Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos aqui y definitivamente seguira siendo nuestra opcion en Tokio
