I like the location of the hotel, the staff were helpful and nice.
The bed was hard, wish the pillows were a bit thicker. I wish the lounge was more accessible not just just 7am to 10am for breakfast.
Die Lage des Hotels ist super zentral.
Das Hotelzimmer wurde nur sporadisch gereinigt. Die Ecken sind sehr staubig und alles ein wenig abgewohnt. Es werden lediglich die Handtücher getauscht, das Bett wird nicht gemacht, die Gläser nicht getauscht. Außerdem riecht es in der Lobby nach Abfluss. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber auch eher auf den asiatischen Gaumen ausgelegt. Käse und Pommes machen noch kein westliches gutes Frühstück. Wenn man eines der höheren Zimmer hat, kann man durchaus auch schonmal 10 Minuten auf einen der zwei Fahrstühle warten.
Wir würden es nicht nochmal buchen.

This was our first hotel stay of our trip and it was easy to access from Narita airport - express train to Ueno, then a quick subway ride, and then less than 10 min walk to the hotel. The room was very cozy and a comfortable size for our 2 large suitcases - better than expected. It was very clean, the bathroom and shower were great, there were basic amenities (slippers, robe, toothbrush, etc.), and it was nice that you could crack open the room window a little if you wanted. The location was amazing - right across the main senso-ji area, shopping, kappabashi, and overall very walkable to explore Asakusa during our 2 nights visiting. The hotel lobby has a coffee machine, hot/cold water, various teas, and some extra amenities (hairbrush, razor, face wash/cream packets, etc). The staff was extremely kind and also helped us ship our luggage to our next hotel - 100% recommend this service between cities! We did not have breakfast so can't speak to that, but it smelled good lol! Overall, we would recommend this hotel to family and friends and would definitely stay here again!
Our only con is that the mattress was a little too firm for our liking - but this is just a personal preference, otherwise it was still comfortable

The rooms were small but that's fairly typical of hotels in Japan from what I understand.
Location is great. Window in room is good. Coffee and snack is excellent. Laundry room is also good.
The room is very small. Stuffy. Partition is good but the wash room is actually in the corridor. Breakfast is not that great. Seats are not comfortable anywhere.
L'emplacement stratégique, le buffet et la salle de déjeuner fonctionnels, le quartier pour le shopping et les visites. La tranquillité de l'hôtel par rapport à l'animation de la rue. proche du métro et accessible facile au sites touristiques.
La taille des chambres est un peu petite pour les valises mais reste fonctionnelle. la climatisation était trop froide, les ascenseurs sont pris d'assaut le matin au petit déjeuner, un peu de patience nécessaire.
