Location is handy for local attractions. Staff were helpful when approached. The bed and bed furnishings were clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was very basic, as was the sparsely furnished room. Balcony was very small with no room for chairs or a table. Wifi was not available except in the lobby.
Not an issue for us, but the elevator/lift only works on the two mezzanine floors so if you're on any floor above the ground floor then be aware that you will have to use at least 10 stairs.

Very convenient location, clean, spacious room, comfortable beds, big fridge, strong shower and good price.
The TV is too small and not smart TV. Limited TV channels only in Thai language.

Location nothing around it only one restaurant. Breakfast basis, no milk for cereal or drinks,
No English speaking, I know we are in Thailand but didn't speak or understand any English. advertising pool next door, but when I asked i wasn't allowed to use it, not a great experience.
