Das Hotel liegt eben in direkter Verlängerung der Startbahn des Düsseldorfer Flughafens. Ergo ist es sehr laut, auch sonntags früh ab 6 Uhr. Aber das muss man in Kauf nehmen, andere Menschen leben dort.
Leider war das Wasser in der Dusche nicht mal lauwarm, und das verstehe ich bei den doch eher erhöhten Preisen an einem Konzertwochenende nicht.

Zweckmässig, Preis okay ... ausschlafen eher nicht möglich
Pros:

Nähe zur Merkur Spielarena hat den Ausschlag gegeben.

Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Cons:

Ab 0600 wird man vom ersten Flieger des Flughafens geweckt. Schon echt laut auch trotz geschlossenen Fenstern. Das sollte man bei der Buchung beachten.

Close to the airport

Cons:

There is no air conditioning in the hotel! The temperature outside was +40 C and they did nothing to help customers. On top of that, the first room had terrible mold, which kept me from sleeping all night.

Было довольно чисто, каждый день убирали, в этом плане все замечательно

Cons:

Мы попали в жару 39 градусов, спать было не возможно, кондиционеров нет, вентиляторов нет
Душевая кабина протекала, весь пол в ванной всегда был залит водой, что приносила максимум дискомфортно, не выглядит место где водятся тараканы, но одного я тапкам убил
Спать без беруш я открытым окном не реально, самолеты летают каждые 10 минут

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage zwischen Flughafen und Merkur Spiel Arena
Pros:

Die 24h Rezeption mit der Option den Schlüssel abzugeben, war für mich ein großer Vorteil, da ich auf ein Konzert ging und somit weniger mitnehmen musste. Frühstücksbuffet hat eine kleine aber sehr gute Auswahl. Die Flugzeuge sind für mich viel weniger laut gewesen, als gedacht.

Insgesamt war alles sauber, die Lage war praktisch und das Frühstück war gut.
Pros:

Mir hat gefallen, dass es im Hotel sauber war. Auch die Lage ist sehr praktisch: Ich bin für ein Konzert in der Merkur Spiel-Arena angereist und konnte den Veranstaltungsort bequem erreichen. Zur Haltestelle sind es nur etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Sie haben mich gefragt, ob ich wegen des Konzerts da bin, und erklärt, dass ich meinen Schlüssel bei Bedarf jederzeit an der Rezeption abgeben kann, da diese rund um die Uhr besetzt ist.

Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich. Allerdings war gegen 9:30 Uhr (Frühstück ist bis 10 Uhr) nicht mehr alles verfügbar. Wer eine größere Auswahl haben möchte, sollte lieber etwas früher zum Frühstück kommen.

Cons:

Im Hotel gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Obwohl ich ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hatte, war es sehr warm. Ich war während einer Hitzewelle mit bis zu 39 °C dort. Unter diesen Umständen hätte ich es schön gefunden, wenn eine kleine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer als Aufmerksamkeit kostenlos bereitgestellt worden wäre, anstatt 2 € zu kosten – besonders bei einem Zimmerpreis von 100 € pro Nacht.

Das Zimmer war insgesamt sauber. Allerdings lagen auf dem Boden noch kleine Glitzerpartikel, die vermutlich von vorherigen Gästen stammten. Da ich keine Hausschuhe dabei hatte, hatte ich ständig Glitzer an den Füßen.
