The staff was pleasant.
The workout room - the key card entry didn't work, the door just swung open without locking. The equipment was minimal, and two of the three exercise machines didn't really work. My son was running on the treadmill, hit one mile, and it died. Breakfast was, at best, mediocre, the hot water for tea and oatmeal was not hot enough to brew tea or make the instant oatmeal.
Close to where I needed to go. Affordable. Near a lot of things.
No elevator. I’m in a cast. Not fun going up to the second floor with everything.
The room was lovely and spacious. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. For as busy as it seemed it was exceptionally quiet.
The tiny toilet. I have bad knees and hips!

Pool water to cold
My Grandson and I were there for a Boy Scout Merit Badge Event at UW Platteville. We were in the room that night going over the paperwork that we needed for the next day and realized that we did not have his medical for that we would need when we registered at the day of the event. I had my wife email me a copy, but I had no way of printing them off. I went to the front desk in which the gentleman named Grey was working. I explained to him my issue of needing to print these out and he immediately started to figure out how to do it. We tried several ways until we had success. I believe that Grey went well above, and I appreciate his level of customer service. Please Thank him again for all he did.

Breakfast was good, but lukewarm at 7:06 a.m. Room warm enough. People were friendly at desk, and helpful.
Breakfast should have been hotter, including coffee at early morning starting time.
Pillows collapsed and bed mattress not the most comfortable.

Hot and fresh eggs and ham was delicious and easy for my busy christmas. The waffle iron worked great expect the pancake didnt form fully.
Great location, very clean, has a pool
Our windows were busted out of vehicle along with 8 other vehicles. This happen between 730am -9am. Was told by the hotel worker that it happens all the time.
