El hotel es precioso y bien ubicado pero destacaría la amabilidad del personal y como gestionaron un problema que tuvimos durante el viaje. Fueron de gran ayuda y resolutivos y nos dejó muy buena impresión de nuestra estancia.
Beautiful rooms
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Hoxton. Everyone was so welcoming, the staff, especially Rianna, Angelika, and Amiyah, were so accomodating and helpful. I wouldnstay here again in a second!
Hi there,
I just wanted to drop a note of thanks to Sophie on reception who helped me with a room booking via Expedia (though, i am a disloyalty member). she was super helpful and polite - and helped me a lot!
I am a regular visitor to the hotel and always have such lovely service. Thank you to all the team.
Great location and a very cozy room. It was quiet and comfortable to sleep (which is very important for me). The room is small, but everything you need fits well.
Special thanks to the reception staff, especially Akif and Iona they are amazing
I have been for a weekend trip in London and I have stayed with my partner at the Hoxton Shoreditch. What a splendid experience! The ambiance, the design, the staff … wow! A big thanks to Ioana and Che (sorry if I spelt the name wrong) from the reception for the food recommendation, that really saved our hungry bellies. Love everything about this hotel. We will be back!!!!
Excellent great food and location
Nothing perfect
The Hoxton in Shoreditch is an absolute gem, especially for couples looking for a cozy and stylish getaway in the heart of London. From the moment you walk in, there’s a warm, welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The design strikes a perfect balance between modern chic and comfort, with thoughtful touches that create an intimate and relaxing vibe.
The rooms are beautifully maintained—spotlessly clean, well-organized, and designed with comfort in mind. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the soft lighting and tasteful décor make it easy to unwind after a day exploring the city. Despite being in a lively area, the rooms feel cozy and private, which is ideal for couples wanting a quiet retreat.
What really stands out is the attention to detail. Everything feels carefully curated, from the cozy furnishings to the quality amenities. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, adding to the overall experience without ever being intrusive.
The location in Shoreditch is another big plus—surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and vibrant city life—yet the hotel itself remains a calm and inviting escape.
Overall, The Hoxton Shoreditch is a perfect choice for couples. Cozy, well-maintained, and full of charm, it offers both comfort and character in one of London’s most exciting neighborhoods.
Decor is wonderful, both in the room and the lobby. Shower was very hot with great pressure & the bed very comfortable. Brilliant full size mirror.
Reception staff unfortunately are rude, at times we felt they were surprised we were speaking to them. When we'd booked late check out but couldn't get into the room and went to reception to gain access, the staff didn't even look at us, let alone apologise for the inconvenience.
No smart TV in the room or ability to screen cast. I would expect for a hotel chain of this status to offer smart TVs with the ability to screen mirror and use streaming apps.
Great atmosphere, location, nice staff and comfortable bed!
The Lama Inn had a great menu, the staff were excellent and the food was great. It was the same experience in Bambini for breakfast.
The room was exceptionally noisy. We could hear everything from the room next door and they played music into the early hours. That couple with the fact that the pillows were so soft and there were no others available that were harder to potentially swap for, meant that the quality of sleep we had during our stay was very poor
Location
Check in wasn’t friendliest
Modern, comfortable room. Good location if you want to be amongst the ‘vibe’ of Shoreditch.
Hotel lobby is very busy with people squatting on laptops/ doing zoom calls and generally using it as a ‘shared workspace’. By Friday/ Saturday evening it’s just too much of a zoo. Sound proofing between rooms is not good enough - can hear people moving around/ TVs. Too much ambient noise.
