Great service…horrible rooms
Pros:

Not soundproof at all. It’s incredibly loud. Be prepared to hear your neighbors as well as those outdoors each night. The service and restaurants were great but this is hands down the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Non sono passati a pulire, il servizio in camera è su richiesta, peccato in vacanza è bello tornare a casa e avere il letto sistemato. Viene comunicato questo tramite sms, ma uno in vacanza ha voglia di staccare, dovrebbe venir comunicato al check in.

Rats in the restaurant. Staff unbothered. Avoid.
Pros:

Visited on 5 May 2026 for a one-night business stay. Upon arrival for check-in, I witnessed rats in the food and beverage area. Not one — multiple.

I reported this immediately to reception. To their credit, they refunded my room. However, what followed was deeply concerning:

I asked staff to inform other guests to allow them to make informed decisions . They didn't.
A staff member told me privately the food area would be closed. It wasn't.
Guests continued to sit, eat, and drink while rats were visibly present.
The manager's response? "It happens. Rats come from the outside in London."

No area was closed. No guests were warned. No urgency whatsoever.

I chose not to check in. Four colleagues who were with me witnessed the entire incident.

The building itself is stylish, the location is great — but none of that matters if it is dirty and you're sharing the bar with vermin and management shrugs it off. This is a public health issue, not an inconvenience.

I would not recommend this hotel until a full investigation has been completed and standards are demonstrably improved.

Great stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, nice decor, good restaurant options. I liked that they offered a room with two twin beds.

Pros:

Lobby is nice

Cons:

Bad value for money. Room was very small for the price, was directly above where they stored the trash so there was noise all night. Food in restaurant was ok. Not worth £500
