Merveilleux séjour
Pros:

Tout est au top. Le personnel incroyablement gentil et aux petits soins avec les clients.
Le spa et la salle de sport très bien.
La situation aussi.

Perfect hidden gem
Pros:

Everything. Beautiful quiet location, 10-15minutes stroll to the old town. Breakfast delicious, plenty of choice. Pool area was lovely. Staff very attentive. Eco hotel.

Super séjour. Hotel haut de gamme aux prestations impeccables
Pros:

L’emplacement a proximité de ciutadella à pieds et les infrastructures. Le spa est top. Le petit déjeuner est super ! Le vrai plus : un parking gratuit

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas testé la restauration qui paraissait un peu chère.

It was good.
Pros:

The hotel was good, it has good spa facilities. The room was very spacious. The location is really good. Just 10 mins walk from Ciutadella town centre.

Cons:

They charge for parking. Parking garage is beneath the hotel and entry and exit is quite narrow. It is a very big garage and the room prices are quite high compared to others so don’t think they should be charging extra for parking.

Pros:

Suite très spacieuse. Beaucoup de rangements. Petit salon très agréable. Grande salle de bain avec du rangement.
Personnel très agréable. Hôtel très bien situé à Ciutadella.

Cons:

La porte de notre chambre pas assez isolée , mal insonorisée , on entendait toutes les personnes qui passaient devant.
nous étions au RDC , tout proche du bar et le matin les gens passaient devant notre chambre pour aller au petit déjeuner tout en parlant. Un sas dans la chambre/suite serait le bienvenu vu la taille de la chambre il y aurait la place, cela atténuerait les bruits.

La chambre etait très bien

La piscine froide
Je n’ai pas du tout apprécier les produits de beauté Gel douche, crème hydratante; le parfum sucré très désagréable, et démangeaisons.
Manqué d’équipement dans la chambre, porte serviette pour les faires sécher, sèche cheveux de basse qualité, la balance n’avait plus de pile

Nous avons aimé beaucoup de choses. Des grandes chambres très bien équipées. L'espace terrasse avec la piscine ,le tout abrite du vent.un parking en sous-sol. Un petit déjeuner copieux.p

Personnel disponible et à l'écoute, emplacement à dix minutes à pied du centre, équipements appréciables, chambre confortable et silencieuse, lit géant, propreté générale très satisfaisante, petit-déjeuner extraordinaire, le tout pour un prix plutôt raisonnable. En plus on peut se garer à proximité sur des emplacements gratuits !...
