Great hotel, we will be back
Pros:

The rooms were perfect. Beds great, plenty of wardrobe space, good sized rooms, powerful shower. Aircon and ceiling fan was a lovely touch

Cons:

The pool had some loose tiles and repairs had not been done very well. The grout between the tiles was also black in places.

Nice stay close to Ciutadella
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay here - the hotel facilities were clean and the rooms spacious. Particularly the spa facilities exceeded our expectations, with a very nice pool / sauna / cold plunge and even a salt room which we had not tried before. The food at the casual snack bar of the restaurant was also great and there were many good options on the menu. Also, the location was convenient as it had a lot of free parking nearby and it was also only a 15min walk from the center of ciutadella.

Cons:

We thought that the breakfast could have been stronger - although the omelettes and pancakes prepared on the spot were good the rest of the options were not that great and the coffee was not great either. Also, we found the system of getting pool towels annoying: we had to give a 10 euro deposit for each of us to get a towel and then if we wanted them changed we need to pay an extra euro each time.

Really relaxing small friendly hotel
Pros:

Room was a bit snug but I wasn’t sharing so enough room for one!
Loved the pool and relaxed feel.
Breakfast selection was excellent, coffee machine not so great.
Overall great value for money

Cons:

The room was small if a couple or sharing, and the coffee at breakfast wasn’t very good out the machine it let the breakfast down

Pros:

Todo el mobiliario de diseño actual, limpísimo.
Camas muy cómodas, edredones y almohadas extra disponibles.
Agua de cortesía en la habitación.
Disfrutamos de un tratamiento en el Spa que fue una delicia.
Todo el personal amabilísimo, una maravilla de hotel!
