This hotel was far away from the sites, the information given out by the staff all different.

Mail thing: the receptionist insisted that we had to hire a tour through the medina. 40€ for two people. When the guide arrives, it was 40€ for the guide plus 40€ more for a taxi to drive us. It was easy being honest from the beginning and not feeling scammed and putting us in the situation to cancel the tour.

La gentillesse du personnel est exceptionnelle, accueil chaleureux et upgrade offert

Cons:

L'emplacement, l'hôtel se trouve dans une zone industrielle, les photos de l'hôtel créent de la confusion.. un peu loin du centre de la ville, un temps de déplacement long au moment des heures de pointes
Nous avons réservé en fin décembre les prix étaient super chers par rapport aux périodes ordinaires mais la réalité de l'hôtel ne justifie pas cette augmentation.
