Arnaque
Cons:

Cet établissement est une arnaque ! Ils vous disent que la caution est gérée par Booking et qu’il faut payer la chambre, alors que c’est l’inverse ! Une honte, n’y allez pas. De plus, vous ne pouvez pas aller à la piscine si vous n’avez pas de bonnet de bain.

Great layover hotel.
Pros:

Great, convenient hotel. Excellent facilities, fab buffet.

Deposit was double room value up front. However, they did return it in full two days later.

Good to stay here only if you need to stay st tye airport. Otherwise I recommend to stay downtown

General design and location

Cons:

A lot of rooms smells like someone just smoked inside tye night before. I had to change 3 rooms before find one that wasn’t smelling like cigarette smoke. The staff has been helpful but this circumstance wasted a lot of my precious limited time in Shenzhen.

The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are very large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It is such a nice hotel that you will not want to leave.

You can check your flight information from your room, which is very convenient.

The hotel is only about a 5-minute indoor walk from the airport, so you do not need to go outside. The staff speak English, which made communication easy.

The hotel has beautiful gardens and a lovely swimming pool. We did not eat in the restaurant, but the food looked very good. There was also a singer providing live entertainment.

There are cheaper hotels nearby, but after staying at this hotel, we were happy to pay a little extra for the comfort, quality, and convenience.

Bad start . I was overcharged.
Pros:

I liked the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel charged me £165 initially instead of £95 per booking.com. when I queried it, they said they would refund £165 but I needed to pay the £95. I am still waiting for the refund. They should have just refunded the difference - or better still, charged the right amount to start with!
