befor or after a long flight, i would stay here again
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel twice. We stayed on the first day we arrived and again on the night before we flew home.

The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are very large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It is such a nice hotel that you will not want to leave.

You can check your flight information from your room, which is very convenient.

The hotel is only about a 5-minute indoor walk from the airport, so you do not need to go outside. The staff speak English, which made communication easy.

The hotel has beautiful gardens and a lovely swimming pool. We did not eat in the restaurant, but the food looked very good. There was also a singer providing live entertainment.

There are cheaper hotels nearby, but after staying at this hotel, we were happy to pay a little extra for the comfort, quality, and convenience.

Bad start . I was overcharged.
Pros:

I liked the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel charged me £165 initially instead of £95 per booking.com. when I queried it, they said they would refund £165 but I needed to pay the £95. I am still waiting for the refund. They should have just refunded the difference - or better still, charged the right amount to start with!

Beautiful Hotel with Spectacular Breakfast and Excellent Service
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Airport on 11 May. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. Everything from the atmosphere to the cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast was spectacular, with a wide variety of delicious options. The location is also perfect for airport travellers and made my journey much easier. Overall, an amazing experience and I would happily stay again.

Pros:

Локация, супер, проснулся и вышел в аэропорт! Не хватает правда указателей, куда идти, когда уезжаешь рано утром, а персонала нет. На завтрак не попали, оценить не можем.

Cons:

Входная дверь в отель, приехали с 1000 пакетами, надо самим открывать дверь

Fabulous luxurious stay, just what you need before a long haul.
Pros:

Very comfortable room, had the best night sleep. Amazing buffet and just a 3 min walk from the arrivals. Staff were very helpful and courteous. And the breakfast was a culinary experience - amazing!
