The staff was courteous, friendly & helpful. She made us feel welcome and at home. Free coffee in the lobby. Complimentary morning Donuts & pastries for hotel guests In the coffee area would encourage more guests to stay in the hotel.
No hotel shuttle to nearest airport or train station; the room assigned must be closer to elevators (especially for seniors with luggage); No maps of local area; no info on local transportation; No luggage room storage for guests who arrive early before check-in time (especially for those coming from the cruise ships).
Location was good.
No clean washroom in 4 days .no control for air condition.no mirror in bedroom just in washroom. No press (iron for cloths ) phone not working to contact reception. No washroom access by gym .
We arrived at around 8 in the morning and they allowed us to store our luggage with them while we roam around the area. On top of that, the place is neat and decent. The security is nice since you can’t enter without a card from them.
They didn’t coordinate with each other. While we were having a nap, one of the staff knocked on our door and opened it thinking nobody is inside. It should have been in their system already that we were checked in at that room.
The staff was amazing.
The room was dirty. I had to ask for a broom to sweep and such. The first night there my daughter's feet were black on the bottom just from running around. Both drains in the tub and the sink were broken and we had to find a way to hold them open so water would drain. When I arrived the room was extremely hot. I was told they don't have a maintenance man available that day and no other rooms so to open a window. I had to flip breakers and figure out the issue myself so we didny overheat. The room had a co stant smell of stale air mixed with cigarettes.

The listing is a little misleading; this place is primarily a permanent residence for many of the guests who were there. I wasn't familiar with the hotel, so I missed the part about it being an extended stay location and what that entailed. But it doesn't give off the hotel feel when you are walking the halls and in the parking lot. It is a totally different vibe being in an apartment building (which is what this place was) rather than a hotel. The room had a bad smell to it, like it had been smoked in, and they were trying to cover it up; also, there was mold in the shower. I'm sure it has a purpose and helps a lot of people who need a place to live. I just wouldn't recommend it for a short-term hotel stay. The price was good, but this had to be the reason why.
