My stay was lovely considering the room was spacious and clean.
Pros:

Lovely and spacious room, great location and easy access for food. The hotel was clean, bright and my room had an amazing view.

Cons:

One elevator was out of service which took a lot of time for the others which were working to come. No where to heart up food and unfortunately it would cost 25 per night for a microwave which is ridiculous.

Good hotel, little extras as mention would have made it excellent.
Pros:

Got the hotel room at a good price. We looked at this exact hotel in April a few months ago and the price was way too high for the same room. We had to book across the street in another hotel. This time the price seemed better.

Cons:

The room was comfortable, the pillows on the bed unfortunately were old and flat…would have expected higher quality from a Sheraton Hotel. Also, it would have been nice to have coffee in the lobby in the morning. Travellers most of the time leave early and it is always nice to grab one upon leaving.

Pros:

Ambiance calme et propre.

Cons:

La douche fixée uniquement en haut, pas ajustable en hauteur. Porte du garde-robe bloquée, difficile à ouvrir.

Nothing vouldnt make it ask a cancelation even if there was a fee. They didnt refund even with the fee and charged everything
