They kept pushing that you could book the shuttle bus online, so I did. Then I waited 20 minutes only to have to call. I couldn't just call the front desk I had to sit through so many bloody prompts and disclaimers, why??? Just let me talk to someone I'm paying you so much money already. When I finally got through to someone, it seemed my booking hadn't come through? So then when it finally arrived, the guy driving the shuttle gave me grief for not answering the phone, he'd been trying to call my Australian number. I had booked the shuttle, why on earth do I now need to be called about the shuttle arriving? I'm here, I'm waiting for the shuttle that I've booked. I'm holding a bunch of bags and trying to look for a shuttle, maybe that's why I'm not checking my phone for calls from the driver, why would I?
By the time the shuttle got me in and checked in, it was quite late. I just wanted to get food from the kitchen before it closed and go to bed. They only had one person on kitchen and she was run off her feet, I had to wait no joke 10 minutes and I couldn't even catch her eye, I had to go to another staff member and beg them to let me just buy a sandwich instead of waiting at the bar for god knows how much longer. As with all of my reviews, INVEST IN YOUR STAFF customer service is why I use hotels over airbnb, So have enough bloody staff on deck.
I got excited about the snacks on offer on my floor, but they only had a gross flavour of chips and no other options :(((
Great airport hotel. Stylish and a nice restaurant and location

The lifts! Only 2 for whole place and they were busy

Decent breakfast but could do with more variety. It was very busy on one morning due to the conference attendants.
Staff could be more friendly-pls smile at guests, say good morning. The number of times I walked past reception and nobody said hello or good morning. Quilt cover was open and not comfortable to sleep, thermostat was hard to control, constant noise of aircraft flying.
