The location is excellent!!...My room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable.
The air conditioner unit in my room made a loud noise when it came on and the carpet in hallway on 3rd floor have a lots stains need to be clean or replaced.
Overall good stay. Shuttle service was good, the lady driver was polite and helpful.
Once issue was breakfast. I booked through Hotels.com and as seen in attached, breakfast is included in my booking. But Courtyard does not have record and according to the front office I have to pay extra. So what am i paying for such high rate if breakfast not included. I am not sure whether this is problem of hotels.com or courtyard but i hope someone will resolve it and let me knkw.
I stay here often - staff is always lovely. The rooms are always clean. I always enjoy staying at this property. Special call out to Gretchen, who went above and beyond to help me locate lost items. Thanks.
From check-in to check-out, my experience at Courtyard Savannah Airport was nothing short of amazing. The staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly they made me feel like more than just a guest.
The lobby and common areas were clean, modern, and inviting, with plenty of cozy seating for relaxing or getting work done. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the plush bedding, spacious bathroom, and thoughtful touches like plenty of outlets for charging devices.
The location is perfect just minutes from Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, and close to plenty of dining and shopping options. The on-site bistro was a nice bonus for a quick breakfast or an evening bite.
For business or leisure, this hotel hits all the marks: great service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a convenient location. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Savannah.
Really enjoyed my stay, the room was lovely and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.
Wonderful experience 2nd time staying at this hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. Nice location between Maryland and Florida
We stayed here once before and felt that it was definitely good enough for another overnight stay.
The room was clean and quiet and had a great shower.
The only thing we didn't like is that the breakfast is not free. You'll need to pay for your eggs and coffee.
We'd still stay here again the next time!
Pros: Great location off 95 near restaurants, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. (Marriot beds usually are)
Cons:check in room a while as the staff was no where to be. I waited probably 7 minutes for someone to show up.
Elevator carpet is absolutely disgusting and in dire need of replacement.
When I checked into the room the fridge was open and no longer cool.
The sink was dirty.
The toilet made a flushing sound every 30 second, and I had to use significant force to even close the bathroom door- almost like it was uneven. Could I have asked to switch rooms- sure, but I was exhausted after a long drive, and didn’t have the energy as I had already telemetry a few things out of my bags.
I did bring these to the attention of the staff when I left.
My husband is a Marriot member, so we try to pick Marriot brand of hotels, but based on this experience, I would not recommend this one. There are so many other hotel in Pooler to choose.
The staff was great, super helpful and friendly. Relatively new at the time of our stay, the room and other amenities were on par with other well kept Marriott properties we've visited. The location is great and offers walkable food, grocery, and entertainment options as well as easy access to I95. Would definitely stay here again for any future Savannah-adjacent travel.
No notable complaints!
Hotel was not great, but had trouble when we went to breakfast. When booking the hotel, we paid for two breakfasts. However, when it came time to get breakfast, I was charged 43.34. Woman (the assistant manager) at restaurant was adamant that the charge was legitimate, even though the booking included two breakfasts. I would suggest if you are going to stay here, don’t pay for breakfast. Get it elsewhere (there are plenty of restaurants within five minutes).
Room was clean, hotel overall is dated, staff in the front desk is not friendly at all, but they get you in and out.
The best part is location, it is close to everything.
Great location and quiet room. Pillow assortment was nice; some soft pillows and some firm pillows. The restaurant’s selection of food items has regrettably gone down. Hotel also seems to have adopted a no cleaning service even for people who stay a week.
I can always depend on Marriott brand consistency and recognition of my loyalty, all expectations more than met by a friendly and attentive staff. Since I took Uber from the airport, I especially appreciated the van service to near-by locations.
Nice stay—the room was clean and inviting. The staff were courteous and helpful. The beds slept comfortably.
It would have been nice to have had
liquid soap at the sink for handwashing.
One negative- the curtains had red stains on them which needed attention.
Good option for staying near airport. Can walk to Starbucks and Publix.

I did like the location. I was able to walk to the grocery store and few eateries, which I enjoyed.
I did NOT like how small the room and bathroom was compared to the cost of stay...will not be back.
The hotel is in a great location off I 95 close to shops and restaurants. While we were there they had a staffing crisis. It seems the whole housekeeping staff walked off the job and only two amazing ladies stayed on to do the job. In the morning the cook didn’t show up either and one amazing woman was in charge of coffee and cooking breakfast for the guests. If we drive through we will stay again and our hope is they figure this out so they do not lose the remaining staff.
