There was not anything that I didn’t like. The property was great.
This Marriott location surprised me! I thoroughly enjoyed the work spaces that are offered to guest. I also want to give a huge shout out to the event sales coordinator Leo Mobley. She was a pleasure to work with especially coming from someone that has hospitality experience. I will definitely use this location for business travels again.
We stayed for one night as a stop over on our way to Florida. The room was great, updated and clean. Air conditioner kept the room nice and cool. The common areas were modern, bright, and clean. Convenient location. We would definitely stay again for another stop over or for a trip to Savannah.

Worse check in experience ever at a Marriott! Blamed computer system change over by Marriott Corporate...even so, front desk personnel should have been more attuned to welcoming and greeting new guests! Greeting was rudely, "driver's license!" We stayed two nights....no maid service to freshen our room at all. Mold around the exhaust fan in the bathroom....
Enjoyed my 3-day stay at the Courtyard. Room was updated, clean and inviting. Staff super friendly and helpful. Will make sure to stay there again.
I am 68 years old and have travelled quite a bit but I have never made a reservation that was not honored at the time of my check-in. There was nothing unusual about this reservation which I made March 26, 2026, for one night April 7, 2026 in a King Suite, as my son and I were travelling and I selected this property for several reasons. I had a written confirmation of the reservation by email and also called the front desk the morning of April 7, to let them know we would be arriving around 10pm. I did not expect that at 10pm when I was standing in the lobby holding my pillow and iPad, that I would be told at the desk, "We do not have a room for you...when did you make your reservation?...we adopted a new system and we are overbooked by 30 rooms...here is what we suggest...there is another Marriott property about 6 miles from here that has rooms and the rate will be $174...here is a sheet of paper to explain the situation." I have the letter of explanation, it did not show any concern for the way I was feeling at that moment. I have since written Marriott twice with no response and I informed them that I would be leaving a review for anyone thinking about staying at this particular property to be very aware that not only could you be told the same thing I was, but management was no where in sight and when I called the next day, I got attitude from management and I do not deal well with attitude.
Oddly enough, my son and I did arrive at another Marriott property, the Fairfield in Pooler, GA, and the lady at the desk was very understanding and I was not in a position to bargain for my room as I normally would. It was actually a nice room. I am a TripAdvisor type person who reads these things carefully before I make a reservation. This is not some AI thing, this is a real person writing this review and it still bothers me that I was treated with such callousness in the whole event that I had to write a review like this. It also bothers me that no one from Marriott has taken the time to acknowledge nor apologize for my negative experience.
Clean, comfortable but noisy
Staff was professional and the atmosphere was very. Enjoy the surrounding restaurants and the shuttle service offered by the Hotel. Would stay here again.
The bed was comfortable
Very sparse in every way. No complimentary breakfast. Rude staff - especially at checkout. He couldn’t be bothered with helping me or answering questions. Sorry I do t have his name.

I booked a room through Expedia on Saturday, Feb 14th for the following night, Sunday, Feb 15th. I arrived at the hotel around 7pm. I was not able to check in due to my room not being ready and needing to be cleaned. I waited almost 2 hours for a room. I ended up leaving because after that entire time, we still didn’t have a room. The front desk person, although nice, was not helpful at all. She just kept saying that housekeeping would let her know when the room was ready. I even contacted Marriott customer service and they were even less than helpful. I travel quite frequently for work and have stayed at Marriott often, but when I say this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever experienced, I mean that. I won’t be saying at Marriott in the future if I can help it. I was supposed to be sent an email to submit an official complaint. I haven’t received it and I probably won’t. Do better.

Hotel very accommodating and clean. Staff professional and helpful. Also , this hotel is near airport but also close to Food and Shopping.
We ended looking for a hotel last minute in Savannah and all this was the only hotel near the airport that had availability. We had a great stay with comfortable beds and Erica was very helpful and kind during our checkin process.
