Pros:

La localisation de l’établissement est vraiment idéal, le personnel est très gentil et serviable l’accès à la piscine également.
Les chambres étaient propres prêtes à l’heure indiquée. Le seul petit bémol, je dirais : le petit déjeuner est ce complet, mais avec peu de choix 🙃

Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis
Pros:

wir haben ein sehr schönes Zimmer erhalten, es war das einzige mit Balkon. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Weiter konnten wir kostenfrei in der Alpentherme baden, was für uns ein grosser Mehrwert war.

Cons:

Beim Empfang konnte der Herr am Empfang kein Deutsch, wir mussten uns in Englisch mit ihm unterhalten, das war für uns kein Problem. ich würde erwarten, dass jemand an einer Hotelrezeption in der Deutschschweiz auch etwas Deutsch spricht.

Pourquoi mettre une machine à café dans la chambre, mais pas de tasse, aucune capsule de café ni sachet de thé !

Cons:

Trotz Ankündigung waren für das Abendesssen und Frühstück keine gluten- und laktosefreie Lebensmittel verfügbar, bzw. musste auf Brot verzichtet werden. Die Bedienung konnte für das Abendessen jedoch beraten und ging auf dieses Problem ein.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat wohl seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Es sollte dringend investiert werden. Das gleiche gilt für das Thermalbad was wohl die gleiche Firma ist.

Cons:

Alles ist alt und wirkt heruntergekommen. Und dafür sind die Preise viel zu hoch. Eine Junior Suite sollte mehr sein wie ein normales Doppel Zimmer. Sehr enttäuschend. Das Restaurant ist trotz der recht guten Bewertungen nicht wirklich zu empfehlen. 300g Kalbsnierstück bestellt und wenn es hoch kommt 200g bekommen für 42chf dazu Rosmarin Kartoffeln ohne Rosmarin ? Und Spinat für extra 11.50 ohne Zwiebeln ohne Gewürze ein absolute Frechheit sowas zu servieren und dafür noch Geld zu nehmen. Das Fleisch lag einfach alleine auf dem Teller dazu noch schlecht gebraten! Und das für ich wiederhole 42chf ohne alles!

Der Kellner war nett. Der Hugo war gut. Aber Mineralwasser aus einer 0.5l PET Flasche in einem Hotel Restaurant geht garnicht!

Im ganzen sehr enttäuscht wir wollte bei unserer Töff Tour einfach mal ne Nacht in einen schönen Hotel mit ein wenig Wellness und was gutes Essen. Wir haben selber ein Restaurant und freuen uns dementsprechend wenn wir mal Zeit haben und möchten solche Dinge geniessen. Leider nicht dieses mal.
