Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel in guter Lage mit Patkmöglichkeiten. Sauber und gut ausgestattet

Cons:

Wir waren vom Frühstück enttäuscht. Es fehlte eine Auswahl an Frischbrote statt Frischbackbröttchen sowie Walliser Spezialitäten wie Käse, Brote, und Rohschinken. Auch lokale Konfitüren wären ein Plus

L’accessibilité aux bains thermaux était agréable.
Hôtel bien placé.
Service de chambre rapide et efficace.

Cons:

Le buffet du petit déjeuner était limite. La charcuterie et les fromages n’avaient pas l’air très frais. Il n’y avait pas de possibilité de toaster son pain. Il n’y avait que des bananes comme fruits.

Schlecht, froh wieder zu Hause zu sein!

Cons:

Frühstück praktisch keine Auswahl. Unsere Kinder konnten nichts frühstücken und wir ebenso. Kaffeemaschiene sehr schlecht. Die Hygiene im Hotel war ebenfalls sehr schlecht. Die Zimmer sind alle mit Teppich ausglegen dementsprechend stinkt das Zimmer. Sehr eng nicht mal 20 Quadratmeter. Für Familien definitiv nichts!

Das Zimmer war ok. Weiter der direkte Zugang zum Termalbad, welches wiederum nicht zu überzeugen vermochte.
Der Preis für das Parkieren war ebenfalls ok.

Cons:

Frühstück( nicht funktionierende Kaffeautomaten, keine Früchte, nur Aufbackbrötchen, Rührei aus dem Beutel..etc.
Hatten den Eindruck, es sei im Umbau, offener, kleiner Ski-/ Gepäckraum.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et les services proposés par l'hôtel. Petit bémol pour les cris.
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse et les équipements adéquats. Les infrastructures de l'hôtel étaient au de la de mes espérances.
Les réceptionnistes se sont montrés à l'écoute de nos demandes.

Cons:

Lors d'un petit déjeuner, nous avons entendu hurler en cuisine et cela à provoquer beaucoup de peur dans la salle à manger. Nous aurions apprécié un mot de la direction pour s'excuser de la situation.

Gostámos muito da nossa estadia no France Hotel. A localização é excelente, com acesso direto das termas, o quarto estava limpo e confortável, e o atendimento foi simpático e disponível. Uma optima escolha para quem visita Leukerbad. Recomendo 🙂

L'accès au bain compris dans le prix, la grandeur de la chambre

Cons:

Le restaurant de l'hôtel est moyen je dirais comparé au reste de l'établissement.
Il n'y avait plus le bouton de la lumière du hall de la chambre
