Hotel Winzerhaus Gaertner an der Loreley

Alles ok!

All employees at this hotel was very kind and helpful all the time, clean hotel room and everything was very good. They have really the best burger!! Perfect location to cruise around the area.

However, there was this one lady at breakfast buffet who was very inhospitable and unkind. She was not competent with the hotel rules. She charged full price for a breakfast cappuccino, which should’ve been 50% reduced. She even complained to the customers (us), that we wanted to pay for the coffee with our credit card, looking very grumpy. She even ignored us saying “Goodbye”. She also complained to us when we chose to sit in. 4-people table, when the whole breakfast buffet room was completely empty.

We were very happy with the hotel and recommended this place to friends to visit, however in the last minute our weekend mood was destroyed. She was the most unprofessional employee we’ve ever met.

However, in general it was a nice staying.

Das Zimmer mit Rheinblick war klein, aber prima. Das Bad wurde kürzlich renoviert. Das Internet funktionierte gut. Toll war, dass wir die Fahrräder in der Garage unterstellen konnten. Das Abendessen auf der Restaurantterasse mit Rheinblick war ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück war prima.

Det var simpelthen fantastisk! Dejlig morgenmad. God betjening. Man kunne få forfriskninger helle dagen :-)

Very helpful and friendly staff waited past their regular business hours to accommodate my late check-in. The hotel is well located by the river with ample parking and a great ambient.

Sehr nettes 3 Sterne Hotel! Super Frühstück, gute Lage, sehr freundliche Bedienung, saubere, nett eingerichtete Zimmer und sehr schöne Sauna! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Located on the Rhine. Great restaurant. No air conditioning in 90+F heat.

Wonderfully maintained place to stay with lots of charm and a nice view of the Rhine. Staff are friendly and helpful. The spa is available but cost 8 euros which we didn't know about until the next morning.

Meinem Mann und mir hat an der Unterkunft insbesondere die tolle Lage und die Freundlichkeit des Personals gefallen. Jede Frage wurde zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet und man hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Einfach nur toll. Und uns haben die Betten gefallen. Sehr angenehm :-)
Im Zimmer haben wir fast nichts vermisst, außer vielleicht eine weitere Ablagemöglichkeit. Sonst war alles Bestens.

It was good

This was a lovely hotel and the young man running it was extremely helpful. Plus the evening meal and breakfast were amazing.

Magnificent location,best meal I had during two week vacation in Germany and Austria. Bartender and waiter were the best.Would very highly recommend it to someone traveling to the Rhine River area.
