Worst stay

Nothing. One of of worst stay

Cons:

It is not a five star hotel. Zero star will be also big number for them . Very very far from airport and city and nothing is nearby. Secondly property is so old and in bad shape. Blocked toilets , Aircon doesn’t work, cracked walls, staff is also not so so. Will never recommend and will never come back to stay at this property. Photo on booking .com is also misleading

Het zwembad was echt enorm! Wij verbleven hier maar 1 nachtje, maar dit was wel wat er het meest uit sprong voor ons.
De kamer was prima, gewoon een kamer. Comfortabel en schoon. Maar niet zo spectaculair als het zwembad:)

mooie locatie, niet ver van de airport van Hanoi, mooi ruim koel zwembad, interieur is erg mooi en luxe, ruime kamer (deluxe suite), ruime keus bij het ontbijt. iemand die een eitje voor je bakt. veel koffiehuisjes op loopafstand

Cons:

er was sprake van een absolute taalbarriere (Engels) onder bijna al het personeel, behalve receptie, het wassen van onze kleding kostte omgerekend 70 euro, ze rekenen per item ipv per kilo. Bijna geen gasten in eigen restaurant (avondeten). Massage regelen ging moeilijk, badwater te heet, onvoorbereid, geen vers fruit zoals beloofd, vragen om fooi na slechte service zou niet mogen.

I forgot my stuff when I checked out. but the staff has no process when i ask to find my stuff. If the customer's belongings are forgotten, they are considered lost. clearly the employee was stealing. bad hotel!!!

Pros:

ジャグジーやマストサウナ付きのシャワールームなど設備は良いものの、従業員のサービスが悪く、総合的に不満。ミニバーがないのでコーラを頼んだところ冷えてないコーラが届けられた。
