Pros:

I showed up tired and frustrated. The woman at the desk was wonderful (I'm so sorry that I didn't remember her name. The hotel was very busy but she took the time to show me the way to the car return. So pleasant and very helpful!

Facility was clean and staff was nice and helpful.

Cons:

When booking I didn't realize that the hotel was actually at the airport. I did not like that you have to enter the airport to get to the hotel. Although with the proximity to the airport he needed your room card to be able to park which makes it feel extra secure and I like that.

I was so good ... I'd do it again and again and again.
Pros:

Staff is OUTSTANDING. Location to airport is within walking distance which is OUTSTANDING. The included breakfast was very nice and offered an impressive selection.

Cons:

Entering a dark room. Would be nice if the lighting system was automated/sensory driven. NO TV entertainment -- all private app generated. More technology ports, etc. high speed internet, etc.

Pros:

Le personnel est accueillant et souriant. Les chambres pour quatre personnes sont suffisamment spacieuses, tout comme la salle de bain. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment délicieux !

Pros:

The cleanest of it. Staff was friendly. Breakfast could have been better. Should have offer bacon. The sausage was to greasy. There was a limited amount of fiesh fruit. I don't drink coffee but son and his gril friend stated the coffee was terrible. Toaster didn't work properly.

Cons:

The free breakfast. I didn't liked they didn't served bacon. It would been nice to have girts.

Fracking Fantastic
Pros:

I travel to the west coast 1-2 times a year. I use to fly out of Pittsburg, but after finding this hotel I now only travel out of Harrisburg International Airport. To leave the night before, buy a night at the hotel, and literally walk a cross the street to get through TSA buys a lot of piece of mind. Greatly lowers the travel stress. Couple this with the great service and clean accommodation; great way to start a vacation!

I have stayed here more than once and generally don't mind it
Pros:

The desk clerk was very helpful and personable.

Cons:

was disappointed that there were many ants, both dead and alive in our bathroom. I feel this should have been noted by housekeeping and immediately addressed prior to the room being occupied. Thankfully the clerk was gracious and moved us to a room minus the ants!
