Houston family visit
Pros:

I liked the proximity to the airport and the airport shuttle/shuttle. I liked that the shuttle will take you anywhere within a mile distance from the hotel. I liked that there was a restaurant on site.The food was delicious and cooked to order.The restaurant staff and day manager Russell were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The bottom of the bathtub didn't look clean. I was soo looking forward soaking in the tub. I used the shower instead Housekeeping doesn't clean daily.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, con servizio navetta H24. Struttura pulita, personale gentile e disponibile, tranne che per lo staff della colazione. La camera (letto doppio alla France se) vengono pulite e le lenzuola cambiate ogni secondo giorno. Molto silenzioso nonostante la vicinanza dell’aeroporto.

Colazione poco variata e personale demotivato. Non ci sono ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze.

There wasn’t any stay I didn’t stay at the hotel. It was impossible to stay there because they had sold all their rooms

Hilton accepted my reservation, charged me the room fee, even though they were fully booked and did not have a room to sell me, but they sold me a nonexistent room and charged me for it

Cons:

This Hilton hotel was fully booked did not have any rooms to sell and yet they took a reservation from me. Sold me a nonexistent room and charged me money. And then told me I would have to try to work to get the money back if I wanted to, but they could not help me at the hotel.
