Staff extremely helpful and onsite amenities excellent. Parking has two entrances and was adequate. The location is a little removed from shopping and other dining options and hard to find at first. Great choice for mountain bikers who like roundabouts.
No restaurants in area except for Mexican restaurant in hotel.
Front desk was understaffed though the young woman who helped us was friendly and efficient. She could have used more help! We were three people in a room with a bed and foldout sofa. There was no bedding for the foldout, only two coffee pods and insufficient towels for three, and the phone in the room to call the front desk was not working. The fold out was uncomfortable and right next to the air vent. We had to carry the bedding ourselves from the lobby to the fourth floor, though the young woman at the desk offered to bring it up when she got a break. As I said the front desk was understaffed. She was helpful and trying to make our stay pleasant and I have no complaints about her service. But, for $500 for one night, you could certainly provide a fuller staff to attend to your guests.
Location is close to Deschutes River trail
The shower grout was nasty (and it's a fairly new hotel) and the couch had a brown stain on the cushion that kinda grossed me out once I saw it
Excellent stay! The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, peaceful and the staff were all wonderful and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!!!
Great location. Good continental breakfast. Clean, good price. Check out time is at Noon!
All good 👍
Close to River & park. Very friendly, helpful staff.
No chair to sit & watch TV or for a visitor
We liked the location of the hotel. It was close to where we needed to be for our event.
This time around our room didn't appear clean as there was drops of something around our toilet and it smelled.
Location is great and exterior of the hotel also beautiful
Bathroom has burn style door that can not be locked, absolutely hate it. AC makes so loud noise, very difficult to sleep, plus fire safety alarm right on top of the bed and a green light blinks all the time, very annoying. Not enough towel, no tooth paste or face wash. During the staff didn’t mention the breakfast time and we missed our breakfast as well. Not very welcoming staff.
keine richtige bar
The staff was great! We had a group of twenty somethings next door being loud and partying and they moved us to another room that was much better. I really appreciated there flexibility on a busy weekend.
A few more homey touches would make the place feel less corporate.
The room and bathroom were very large. The bed was comfortable, there was a nice pool and hot tub, and the lobby had plenty of room for sitting. It's a quiet location, walking distance from Farewell Bend Park and the Old Mill District.
This 3-star hotel cost me $275/night and I was overall pretty disappointed. My room #209 was directly above the hotel laundry, causing rumbling noises and vibration in the walls and floor all night. (Front desk offered to move me, but it was really inconvenient to do so). The Wifi was very slow. The breakfast was on the level of a Motel-6: cold eggs, bacon, and potatoes, cellophane-wrapped muffins, plain bagels. There is no housekeeping for less than 5 nights. On the surface this looks like a great place, but for this kind of money, didn't come close to meeting my expectations.
Knowing they were fully booked, they could have accommodated my need to cancel & give the room to someone who was waiting - instead of charging me for an empty room!
Loved the view from our 4th floor window! It was awesome. Our dog loved it too! :) The bathrooms were cool and the bed was so comfy--we really needed a great night's sleep and we got it.
1. The woman who checked us in encouraged us to choose "contact-less" checkout because "its easier on everyone not to have to talk to each other." Then, the keys she gave us didn't work. I went downstairs, she thought it was weird that I couldn't make the key worked, reprogrammed them, I went up, they still didn't work. I sent my husband back down the third time and they sent a tech guy up. We also had no shower gel in the room (didn't realize until that morning, we were in a hurry). When I told a person at the front desk, she said, "oh, I'll note that." No apology. I feel like if I spend this much on one night they could be a little more friendly? Or when the keys repeatedly didn't work, offer an upgrade? Or discount for future? It was a bit strange to me.
