Great Stay In Bend
Pros:

This is a great spot to stay right in downtown Bend. It's close to all the great stuff including OSU. You can walk to a lot of the great spots down around the Deschutes brewery. The restaurant next door serves Mexican food and it's delicious. It's a family restaurant but they have a small bar as well. The beds are great and all of the staff that I was in contact with were excellent and very friendly

Great hotel, would stay again!
Pros:

This hotel exceeded expectations. We were there for a tournament in Sisters, and the pool, breakfast, and game room were huge hits for our pre-teen girls. We would stay again!

Cons:

The second day the hotel seemed to be short-staffed, as I had to get my own towels and blankets from the front desk. Not a HUGE deal, but just don't expect to do my own work when I am out of town.

It was a solid hotel for the price. I am concerned about the cleanliness of such a new building.
Pros:

The breakfast was average. The location was exactly what we needed. It was very easy to find and close to needed facilities. The room was spacious with a good view of the mountains.

Cons:

I spilled water on the bathroom floor and had to clean it up with a white towel. The towel came up black. Please clean the bathroom floors more. There is a lot of traffic noise.

Great value, amiable, efficient staff, the best free breakfast that we have encountered in US.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was well stocked and generous and open from 6-10 am making it accessible for all plans you may have. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable.

Cons:

I could have used more USB charge ports.

Accusations on stealing
Pros:

I had a 3 night stay at this hotel in which they double billed me.
After many attempts to contact management at the hotel, I was unsuccessful. I tried emails phone calls left multiple messages and got nothing 2 1/2 weeks later. still dealing with this then I find out through Best Western customer service after they had questioned the hotel management about my stay in my double billingthat they had evidence that I had stole something from their shop area, which is absolutely absurd and faults. They said they had video evidence. I asked for that evidence and they would not supply I find this appalling and disgusting to accuse me of this. Please continue to read all the reviews about this hotel as it is not a good placeto stay. The hotel itself is nice, but the management does not care about anything. I will be furthering this matter and get to the bottom of it. It’s disgusting how they treat people they never did get a hold of me never did tell me what I supposedly stole or showed me a video evidence so I have a feeling this isn’t the first time they’ve done this just to collect money from someone else’s pocket. What a disgusting hotel and the room was actually quite dirty in places the sheets were not changed.
