The hotel was beautiful. I loved the mountain scenery. The staff is exceptional!

When the toilet flushed from the room above, it sounded like a waterfall in the wall. Regardless, we'll be back!

It was good for a nights stay. Would I book a multi day trip here most likely not. The bed was rock hard and uncomfortab

Cons:

It said Mountain View room, we did not get a Mountain View we paid for a view of other buildings close by, the parking lot, and the tree lines in the distant. Mountains were no where to be seen from our room.

Jolie chambre. Personnel très aimable. Restaurant mexicain dans le meme bâtiment que l'hôtel, nous y avons très bien mangé. Petit déjeuner en buffet, très bien fourni.

Excellent room in every way but public hotel areas and breakfast were a very average experience.
Pros:

Location is easy to get to but is a drive away from any shops, other eateries or groceries. Breakfast options and quality average. Really excellent Mexican restaurant adjacent. My ADA room was perfect in every way. Loved the convenience of laundry on each floor. I liked the "self service" options related to reducing the need for hotel staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was not always well stocked. Eggs often scorched. would have liked more "bread" options with sweet rolls etc. The lobby area, while large, didn't really offer many areas for 2 or 3 people to quietly meet together. It often felt chaotic and noisy.
