The staff was point on. Helpful and friendly. Housekeeping did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The property is 10-15 mins walk from train station and very close to tram transit. The breakfast was great and hotel was neat and clean.

Most convenient to city tram transportation.

Amazing hotel and perfect location

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. It’s quite close to a train station that connects to all the main terminals which was very useful. The facilities were very clean and fairly comfortable. If you are wanting to use the sofa bed during your stay, maybe make that request ahead of time. We should have, as my husband and son were sharing a room, and I was sharing one with our two daughters. They had made the sofa bad in my room and added extra towels, which was excellent. But by the time we asked for our son’s bed to be made, we were told housekeeping had already left for the day. They did manage to provide a blanket. We asked the next day for it to be made, and they brought an additional blanket, but never a fitted sheet.
It really wasn’t the end of the world - we made due. But good to send the hotel a message next time ahead of the stay.
Otherwise, lovely hotel, good location (also a grocery store very nearby!) and very clean. We had a great stay!

Onmy disapointment is that wben you are making a booking it is not high lighted that the Hilton Hampton is identical with same breakfast and facilities and both are connected to each other

This is exactly what you'd expect for a Hilton Garden Inn. It's just showing a little age and could us a refresh. The bed was very firm, the sheets and towels were just fine. It's close to a train station, but very limited shopping or dining in the area. It was good for one night.

The location of the property is excellent, which is a major plus. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The breakfast spread was quite limited, and the same items were repeated every day during our 4-day stay, which became monotonous. The room’s air conditioning was not functioning properly, making it hot and uncomfortable. Even after changing the room, the issue remained unresolved. Additionally, the level of hospitality did not meet expectations — we had to ask for basic amenities and services, which should have been proactively provided. Overall, the stay lacked the comfort and care one would hope for.

The location was great as right next to a train station. The room was a bit tired - there was a big hole in the bathroom wall and the bed was rickety. There isn't a proper shower either, only a hand-held shower head which is disappointing.

Clean comfortable hotel with excellent service. The breakfast was amazing.

Gute Lage direkt neben der Tram-Haltestelle und sehr freundliches Personal insbesondere die mazedonische Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück.
Einen Stern Abzug, da die Umsetzung bei technischen Problemen nicht funktioniert hat. In 5 Tagen hat man es nicht geschafft eine klappernde Klimanlage in Zimmer 424 zu reparieren.

Hervorragendes Frühstücksbüffet mit extrem freundlichem Service, kompetent und nette Rezeption, sehr zentral gelegen bzw. angebunden.
Tipp: für große Limousinen oder SUVs einen der Außenparkplätze geben lassen, da die Tiefgarage eindeutig zu eng dimensioniert ist!

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, vor allem die Waffeln kamen bei den Kindern sehr gut an. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich hilfsbereit.
