Paradise
Pros:

The staffs who were lovely and helpful. Very warm people and very friendly. Best hospitality service ever. Very grateful for the opportunity to meet them. Food buffet was exceptional. I can’t wait for my next trip in Papua New Guinea.

Stay is always pleasant. Safe environment.

Cons:

We arranged for airport pickup but no one showed up despite confirmation from both the booking app and via email. We were like sitting ducks at the waiting area. We also arranged for an airport drop off yet was told to wait for the next one that is leaving in -another 30 minutes. It wasn’t this slack in my previous stays. Hope you can make some improvements.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent but I missed the coconuts completely during my stay

Cons:

Aircon in the bedroom always tricky to get to the correct temperature.

Bed Bugs - really?
Pros:

Beeakfast

Cons:

I have returned home with bed bug bites on my legs as did my boss. The bar closing at 10pm is hardly helpful. Ordering room service to deliver drinks took over 45 minutes. Frankly this was not a Hilton Experience.

A must do when in Port Moresby
Pros:

Everything! The hotel isn’t very far from the airport, making it convenient to access after a long flight. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, staff is always here to help and the food they serve at their many restaurants is delicious.

Cons:

The A/C is definitely not intuitive to use, but they did provide a short user guide, which was helpful!

Unfortunately my room was next to work on stage 3 of the site development so there was noise and I didn't have privacy on my balcony.

Great stay in a place with wonderful facilities.
Pros:

Everything was great - pool at the residences, breaky variety and service. Nice band too on a Friday night.

Cons:

The music was on all night on the pool deck, which couldn't be turned off until daytime. This interrupted one night, but was fixed for other nights.
