Amazing dinner and service.
Pros:

We had an amazing experience, dinner was delicious. Chefs are exceptional, the beef cheek dish was amazing, the pasta and pizza was delicious. Service was incredible, Kimberly was very attentive and detail orientated. She took good care of us and arranged a birthday cake slice for our daughter when she heard about her birthday.
Thank you so much and we will return again.

Great hotel but needed help and wasn’t granted
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and food is overall great. My rating is because I needed help with sending a postcard (that was already stamped and just ready to drop off at any mailbox) and the staff would not help me at all with it. I don’t know if they didn’t know how postal service works but they were a little rude about it saying they didn’t have a mailbox (which I know, it was more like a favor). The rest of the staff was nice and kind but the front desk ladies were rude about it.
