Pros:

Excellent product, rooms were world class, food and beverage were sensational with local food in buffet. Every staff member were polite, efficient, kind, professional and caring to my entire family as short stay overseas guests.

Cons:

Booking through booking.com has disadvantages when we wanted to upgrade room from mountain view to city view.

We enjoyed our stap. The hotel room, the customer service, the pool, the food were all awesome. We had a great time at Hilton.

The beakfast was delicious.
The room is nice and bed is very comfy, enjoy my sleep after long day conferences.

Cons:

The front staff was not really helpful when I reported of my bank card got swallows by BSP ATM machine.

I enjoyed it . Would stay there more often but generally too expensive.
Pros:

Good food- with different eating options. Nice Room. Very well maintained.

Cons:

The room was very cold and I couldn’t warm it up and I come from a cold climate. (NZ) . Only just warm enough at night.
