Nice hotel , breakfast needs to be improved, fruit juices weren’t cold enough. There wasn’t enough staff to clean the tables.

Nice hotel, staff of the hotel so kind, breakfast was good, I didn't use other facilities like SPA or gym, laundry was good. Location good.

Nature view hotel in the city.
Pros:

The building is new and equipped well. The staff was friendly. The restoran terrace and food were good. The rooms are clean and spacious. The nature surrounding the hotel. There's an excellent fish restaurant (Kaan) near to the hotel.

Cons:

The location is a bit far from the city center but if you have a car it's okay. The hotel entry is from the yard of the apartment. There's no entry into the building from parking, and you should walk down.
The sink was trapped in the shower room, and the water was flooding.

Great location with Friendly staff.
Pros:

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Great staff and we felt at home, thanks to Mr. Waheed in the day shift who answered all our questions, provided valuable shopping and sight seeing advices, and made us feel as special guests.
Mr Ali in the evening shift was equally friendly and helped us to get all issues sorted despite our very early arrival at 2AM.
