Pros:

The location was ok. The only available store is the Shoprite in the area where you can get everything you ever wanted. Service is slow. Restaurant will give you 30 mins but it takes 1 hour plus to deliver. There’s only one staff most often so you can call sometimes and no one will answer you be it Restaurant, house cleaning, laundry service or reception. Cleaning is not thorough. I saw dead ants by the locked save in the wardrobe in one room and used condom on the floor in another room we used. There were times when I will physically point to things under the table before they were swept. Service was inconsistent. You can get your towels today and tomorrow the floor towel for the bathroom will be missing and you have to call for it. Safety and security is good for the most part. Packing is an issue as it’s limited and you may have to pack outside often. It’s a good hotel generally but staying there for a week actually allowed me to see more than anyone who would spend just a day or two.

Pros:

i enjoyed my stay except we kept having to ask for fresh towels because housekeeping would only leave one. Also the sheets were never changed
