Pros:

Es wird deutsch gesprochen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Parken, direkt vor der Haustür möglich.

Cons:

Es gibt zwar TV und auch deutsche Sender, aber nur RTL2, Super RTL und Vox. Kein Ard und Zdf. Schade.

Belle découverte en Alsace
Pros:

Un accueil extraordinaire on peut dire même que c’est très rare d’avoir cela. En plus le petit déjeuner, il est sincèrement au top et le personnel est vraiment un petit soin. Je parle même pas du confort du lit, de la propreté, de la chambre de l’espace qui est vraiment parfait pour se reposer.

Alles gut.
Pros:

Ich möchte das Thema in zwei Blöcke teilen. Einmal das Gebäude/Zimmer und dann Personal/Frühstück usw.
Das Hotel ist ein historisches Haus im historischen Stadtkern. Deshalb sollte man keinen Neubaustandart erwarten. Es ist aber alles sauber und funktioniert.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bekommt die volle Punktzahl. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich bestückt,, Das passt alles.

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist nicht durchgängig besetzt. Es kann zu Wartezeiten kommen.

Pros:

Hotel molto carino e comodo per raggiungere i mercatini di Natale dei paesi vicini. Buona colazione. L'hotel ha anche un ristorante, molto comodo per noi che siamo arrivati nel tardo pomeriggio, con una bella varietà di piatti e portate anche per i vegetariani.

très agréable séjour
Pros:

nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel une nuit entre 2 escapades aux marchés de noël de Colmar. La chambre était grande, très propre, les draps doux et chauds, le personnel accueillant. Le petit déjeuner très diversifié et de bonne qualité. Nous avons choisi de diner au restaurant, nous avons bien fait, c’était absolument délicieux !

Cons:

la douche pourrait être modernisée si on cherche vraiment un point négatif, mais c’est tout à fait satisfaisant pour les vacances !

Das Morgenbuffet war gut, frisch und wurde immer sofort nachgefüllt. Buttergipfeli, zwei verschieden Brote, Butter Konfitüre, Honig, Käse, Fleich, Früchte, Joghurt, Müesli ......
Die Kaffeemaschine war sehr gut mit heissem Kaffee.
