Horrible! Con-job!!!
Pros:

I had booked a superior room with mountain view but I was given a ground floor room which just opened out to some villas...no mountain in sight. The front desk denied saying that there are no mountain view rooms despite the fact that it was listed on hotels.com and I had chosen and paid for it. I had to get on a call with hotels.com for 45 mins to sort it out during which the owner apparently told the hotels.com customer service agent that mountain was not visible because of fog/mist...a total lie when the temperature was 32 celsius at 4pm in Kerala on a summer afternoon. Terrible service and just out to con customers. Stay away from this property at all times

Leisure holiday day trip with family.
Pros:

Excellent property, courteous staff, eatable restaurant. Overall nice stay @ Hoilday resort.
