Pros:

This property we have visited 4 years in a row and will keep doing so the only thing that needs improving the meal service at night is slow which lead to a few people leaving but this i think was mainly due to new staff

Ottima scelta per un Natale in montagna in una locaton dove la gentilezza la cortesia e il conforto sono le note predominanti.
Comodo per raggiungere molte località del sud Tirolo e a 5 minuti dagli impianti di Merano 2000.

Die Unterkunft wusste nichts von unserer Ankunft. Und es hatte dann trotz Bestätigung kein Zimmer frei.
Ob der Fehler bei ebookers.ch (ein Ableger von Expedia) oder beim Hotel lag, wissen wir nicht.
Immerhin haben sie geholfen, eine Ersatzunterkunft bei den Nachbarn zu organisieren.

Kühlschrank schaltet sich aus beim verlassen des Zimmers.
Balkontür war nicht 100% verschließbar . Starker Verkehr, schlecht geschlafen.
