Good night sleep but so much was broken
Pros:

I was grateful for a bef after a long day, which was comfortable. The room itself was clean. And I was able to park directly outside my own room which was a real cleem

Cons:

Nothing really worked in the room, only two lights worked in the whole of the room. The TV didn’t work, the plug in the bath didn’t work. It was opposite there hadn’t been much maintenance for quite a few years.
The decor was actually okay, but you’re around the fringes it just needed work. Would I stay there again maybe at least you could park right outside your room which was an absolute bonus with a lot of stuff and hey ho I had a good night sleep.

Some of the staff very nice but the room not so clean and the connection from the booking whit the hotel nothing no bady no about reservation about pay extra for checking in early or checking out late nothing

Cons:

Very out dated and run down looked like the door had been kicked in a few times ,didn’t feel a secure safe place ,seems like people are living in other rooms pushchairs and kids toys outside and strong smell of something cooking eg curry .. won’t be coming again …

Would not stay there again. Not ideal for a family...

Location it was close to Alton Towers

Cons:

Mold in the bathroom, smelt damp looked run down, place was dirty. Electric sockets were either broke or not working. Even with the lights on it looked dark.

Stay clear
Pros:

Nothing was a terrible stay

Cons:

The room was on the first flooor all the tiles on the stairs was all broken and some lose this made it very dangerous going up the stairs no warning sign
Room was very very outdated
The tv was hardwired into the plug socket looked very dangerous
On check out no one even bothered to ask if are stay was ok
