superb nice quiet location
Pros:

lovely little guesthouse in an ideal location, 10 minute walk into town and 10 minute walk to the Accu football stadium.

Pros:

Great location, 20 min walk to the Accu Stadium,, which was the purpose of our stay!
We had room 7 on the 2nd floor, lovely twin beds had tea/coffee facilities, T.V, didnt mind the shared bathroom, (2 in the first floor, Towels and toiletries supplied) very affordavle price too. We would definately stay the next time we are in Huddersfield!

Wish I’d found this place sooner!
Pros:

Location, comfort, excellent communication, value for money. Everything was really clean. Joan is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Shower and sink in my room but no loo. That said it was close by and again, spotless. The lighting in the room is a little dim.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The host Joan was very responsive. Very lovely lady, communicates effectively every step of the way. The building is very good, we loved the location.

Cons:

Sharing restroom, but I guess it's not in tge control of the host. More of how the house is structured.

Everything was great! We have enjoyed the staying
Pros:

It was very clean , I was happy with coffee and tea with a kettle in the room!
The location is good, just near the town center!

Cons:

Toilets are in a corridor.

No 12 Townhouse
Pros:

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Unable to alter the temperature of the first shower from cold to warm and unable to alter the temperature of the second shower from boiling hot down to a more reasonable temperature.

Pros:

Super clean. Great location. Great size room that was comfy clean and warm.

Cons:

Nothing really. Private en suite would be better but shared bathroom was next to room and spotlessly clean with good stock of towels and loo roll
