Albergo bellissimo e posizione perfetta

Cons:

Nonostante le nostre richieste, dopo la seconda notte, di pulizie e cambio asciugamani e nonostante le addette mi confermassero ogni mattina che le pulizie erano programmate, non sono mai state fatte! Ho dovuto mettere fuori io le immondizie e gli asciugamani.

Hyatt Place provided me a very comfortable room during a stressful visit.
Pros:

The location was excellent; the room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The Valet parking attendants were very accommodating, friendly and helpful in subzero weather conditions. The front desk staff was always available to assist anytime of the day or night. I arrived late in the evening and left during the very early hours of the morning and everyone helped me.

Cons:

Housekeeping was asked to assist with an issue in my room in the morning before I left for the day. Upon my late return, I came back to my room that was never cleaned and the requested items were not there. I had to request the towels and bedding and change my own sheets after a long, stressful day. I was disappointed with that service.
