Hyatt Place provided me a very comfortable room during a stressful visit.
Pros:

The location was excellent; the room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The Valet parking attendants were very accommodating, friendly and helpful in subzero weather conditions. The front desk staff was always available to assist anytime of the day or night. I arrived late in the evening and left during the very early hours of the morning and everyone helped me.

Cons:

Housekeeping was asked to assist with an issue in my room in the morning before I left for the day. Upon my late return, I came back to my room that was never cleaned and the requested items were not there. I had to request the towels and bedding and change my own sheets after a long, stressful day. I was disappointed with that service.

Pros:

Very nice hotel and staff. Breakfast was great. Very good things to say about the property itself.

Cons:

I didn’t like when we got there I was told it was $42 for overnight valet parking. Upon further questioning, we were told we could park on the back street at no cost to us.

An excellent choice of hotel for all of our needs.
Pros:

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our plans, going to dinner and then the Fiserv Forum. The hotel had an excellent breakfast too.

Cons:

We only stayed one night but there was nothing that we didn't like about the hotel and our stay.
