A+++ Hyatt Place Downtown Milwaukee
Pros:

The Hyatt Place in Milwaukee was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping did a great job of keeping them clean and bringing extra towels etc during our 6 day stay. Onnah and Kailey in the restaurant/bar were both amazing bartenders and the food was delicious! Highly recommend the wings and burgers 🙂 Ian and the rest of the valet staff were wonderful about getting our car to us quickly sometimes multiple times a day and were very friendly. We appreciated the entire staff at the Hyatt and will definitely be visiting again!

Centrally Located, Clean and Great Staff
Pros:

My family and I traveled to Milwaukee for our nephew’s graduation from Marquette University. The Hyatt Place was located in a great location for what we needed to do during the duration of our stay (graduation, Brewers games and dinner in the 3rd Ward). Overall, the lobby, the eating locations and the bar area were clean and the rooms spacious. The staff were professional, friendly and willing to help, especially when we had questions about recommendations. We could have parked on the street but it was hit and miss with finding a spot, especially during the busyness of the graduation festivities. As a result, we decided to valet over our four-night stay. It was a great decision not only for the in-n-out privilege but because of those working the valet. Ian O, Gaige and Kailyn M were fantastic. They all were very attentive and quick to retrieve our vehicle. I couldn’t have been happier with our stay and how we were treated by the hotel staff and valet staff. I’d recommend the Hyatt Place and valet if you’re looking for a place to stay while in Milwaukee.

Kaylee saved the day!
Pros:

I had discovered my reservation at a previous hotel had been cancelled and they referred me to Hyatt Place. After a long day of travel, I was frustrated when I walked in. I was greeted by the front desk gentleman who quickly began looking for a room for me, and the bartender Kaylee greeted me with a smile, and I jokingly said "I need a drink" and she immediately asked, what can I make for you. Very inviting to come to the bar after check-in. Once I got to the bar, Kaylee had a full bar, several tables, and still made it a point to greet me and quickly made me a drink. She also suggested food, which also, she prepared herself, all the while servicing a very busy bar area.
In Short, Kaylee is the type of employee, guests deserve to see, to have them forget about the hard day behind them, and inviting them to relax and enjoy the moment!

Well done!

Valet Makes the Day(s) more than OK
Pros:

Just back from a glorious weekend wedding for which we brought the bespoke trellis and decor. Translated: we needed to get things in and out of the van multiple times a day throughout our three day stay. A special shout out to Ian O, the valet at Hyatt Place Downtown Milwaukee who ensured our van was accessible and made those tasks easy.
