Pros:

Close to the venue we were going to. It was comfy!

Cons:

Only complaint I can say is they were short staffed so the person running the front desk was also doing the side bar as well so we had to wait about 10 minutes before being seen. She acknowledge us so we didn't have a problem but a big concert was in town so you would think there would be two people running the front desk and side bar.

Pros:

El desayuno estaba bien aunque a mi parecer un poco escaso en comparación con otros buffet de hoteles de la misma categoría. Por ejemplo, no había yogur o faltaban platos calientes. El personal de desayuno fue muy amable en todo momento. La habitación era perfecta, amplia y cómoda. La ubicación es ideal.

Cons:

Desayuno escaso y el personal de recepción fue un poco arisco. Hubieramos agradecido al menos una sonridsa a nuestra llegada. Aunque todos podemos tener un mal día.

Albergo bellissimo e posizione perfetta

Cons:

Nonostante le nostre richieste, dopo la seconda notte, di pulizie e cambio asciugamani e nonostante le addette mi confermassero ogni mattina che le pulizie erano programmate, non sono mai state fatte! Ho dovuto mettere fuori io le immondizie e gli asciugamani.
