Pros:

El desayuno estaba bien aunque a mi parecer un poco escaso en comparación con otros buffet de hoteles de la misma categoría. Por ejemplo, no había yogur o faltaban platos calientes. El personal de desayuno fue muy amable en todo momento. La habitación era perfecta, amplia y cómoda. La ubicación es ideal.

Cons:

Desayuno escaso y el personal de recepción fue un poco arisco. Hubieramos agradecido al menos una sonridsa a nuestra llegada. Aunque todos podemos tener un mal día.

Nonostante le nostre richieste, dopo la seconda notte, di pulizie e cambio asciugamani e nonostante le addette mi confermassero ogni mattina che le pulizie erano programmate, non sono mai state fatte! Ho dovuto mettere fuori io le immondizie e gli asciugamani.
