Property & location great. Staff needs improvement
Pros:

Location. Large clean rooms. Very clean hotel. Outside seating area as well as multiple paces to sit and hang out in lobby. Bar available part time. Food was good. Pantry to pick up meds, drinks or snacks.

Cons:

The staff was totally underwhelming. Especially the day time crew. I came down after breakfast was over and asked for a coffee woman at the front desk said it’s around the corner. I stood around the corner for 10 minutes. Went back to the front desk and said is anyone here to make coffee? she’s like oh me and acted irritated while she made me a coffee. We asked to have a room cleaned twice once in the evening once again in the morning same clerk said yes I got it and yet our room was never clean three nights no clean towels no empty trash cans no new cups. It was very disappointing from that perspective. Also, there are many restaurants around the area that had shuttles to the Brewers game and when we checked in, no one bothered to mention that to us nor give us any details about local restaurants and since there’s no on-site restaurant, they didn’t even provide alternatives for delivery.

We enjoyed our staff. All the staff were wonderful except the kitchen staff.
Pros:

I liked the location, the facilities, enjoyed everything except the fact that the breakfast on Labor Day was horrible. They ran out of everything and that staff was not friendly or nice when you ask for anything.

Almost worth it
Pros:

Price was a little high, but fair, I didn't have a reservation. Overall, clean, and staff was very pleasant. There was no remote for the TV and it could not be controlled manually. Called the front desk and they said that they would find one and deliver it. (My wife always sleeps with the weather channel playing.) In short, no remote, no weather channel, no normal routine sleep for my wife. I paid for the room and now I am paying for her lack of sleep.

Great staff
Pros:

Great location, nice spacious rooms, wonderful staff. One staff member, Nate, was especially helpful and super friendly. Nate went out of his way to help us with directions, food establishments and entertainment venues. He consulted with other staff and management to gather any information we needed.

Hotel Good, Parking Not
Pros:

The hotel itself is nice. Breakfast was available past the time posted, since so many people were eating.

The valet parked my new car in the front lot. After the first night, I noticed a scratch and two dents on my door. They moved my car to the loading dock for the rest of the trip and opened a claim. They later denied my claim saying that there is no way they could have damaged my car.

So, I recommend the hotel. I am just frustrated that I am now paying out of pocket for a dent that occurred to my car. It was less than a month old at the time, so I had the joy of paying for a repair before paying for my first car payment.

Pros:

We have a student attending college in wisconsin. This has always been our go to hotel to stay since his visit. And attend his football games . The location and staff are great and very clean hotel.we have never been dissapointed.
