This is an amazingly well placed hotel. While downtown is just a few blocks away, the Brewery District is right outside the front door. Its a well kept location with a very friendly staff who provided a fantastic service. Rooms were nicely appointed, with comfortable beds and bright bathrooms.
Stayed here for a quick visit to Milwaukee and we were pleasantly surprised with location and the inside of the hotel. Unlike other Hyatt places we have stayed in this had more of a personalized feel to the area, with basketball and Milwaukee decor throughout(even in the rooms). We stayed on the 5th floor very quiet.
Zellora was very helpful at the front desk when we were checking out. A charge issue was resolved in a timely fashion due to Zellora’s understanding and working out the issue with management
Nate on the valet parking team was welcoming and professional. He even went above and beyond by helping us load our luggage onto a luggage cart! Great job Nate!
Usually a great place to stay. There was a pile of toe nails on the side of our bed. Clearly housekeeping didn't vacuum bc they were full the night before and full the night we stayed

Check in went smoothly and our room was spectacular. The room was clean and we didn’t have any issues with noise. Super easy to get an uber to and from our event, so the hotel is in a great location. The valet service was top tier and Gaige was the best! I have never experienced service like this, as he loaded our bags into the vehicle and opened our doors. Highly recommend this hotel and valet!
