Disappointing stay.
The fridge and phone were broken, and there was no toilet brush. Noise cancellation is very weak. Despite reporting it, the TV remote was never fixed. Housekeeping also failed to refill water or coffee unless we explicitly asked. Poor service and maintenance.

Lokasyon mükemmel. Bina girişte hava mis gibi kokulandırılmış. Resepsiyon çalışanları çok kibar ve hızlı. Onur ve Cemil Beylere teşekkür ediyorum. Oda 701i tavsiye ederim. Manzarası çok güzel. Yataktan dahi rahat izleniyor. Dekorasyondaki kalite ve detaylar göz okşuyor. Banyo renk renk mermer, deniz manzaralı, armatürler stil sahibi, gördüğüm en kolay duş armatürü, su basıncı mükemmel. Ürünler atelier rebul istanbul serisi. Dev aynası var. Kestane şişe sular ikram. Ütü masası katlama yüzeyi olarak kullanım için bir bonus oldu. Balkon keyifli; güzel dekore edilmiş; manzaraya hakim. Klima güçlü. Kahvaltının verildiği cafe salonu çok şık. Servis çok kibar.

Oda girişi karanlık. Gardrob önünü aydınlatamadım. Tv kumandası bozuk; tuşları çıldırmış gibiydi. Tv menude TOD, Tabii vb olmalı ki kendi girişini yapıp maç izleyebilesin. Güneşlikler perde rayından yer yer kopmuş ve ayrılmış; onarılmalı. Bir havlunun kenar sargıları dağılmış durumdaydı; eskiyen havlular ayrılıp onartılabilir. Her şey atelier rebul iken banyodaki oda kokusu no name yeşil çay idi. Odaya da ar-istanbul serisi room scent konmalı. Kahve kapsülü daha kaliteli seçilebilirdi. Kahvaltı beş yıldızlı bir otele kıyasla wow değil. Basic. Butik otel işi. Bina anlamında kalitesine göre, daha iyi olmalı.
