Персоналу стоит многому поучится, нужно правильно выстраивать диалог с гостями, а тем более если Вам поступила претензия

Хорошее расположение отеля, в прекрасном районе.

Никогда , никогда не заказывайте трансфер у данного отеля. Вместо обещанного хорошего автомобиля будет убитый прокуренный Mersedes Vito 2015 года, без кондиционера и без намека на комфорт. Персонал отеля разводит руками и удивляется как так😅приехал такой автомобиль. Без комментариев. Просто дружеский совет.
Останавливаемся в этом отеле не первый раз и честно, раньше, даже 2 года назад все было лучше. От персонала на ресепшене до клининга. Все нужно просить, полотенца на всех гостей- просить, зубные щетки- просить. Кофе так же сами не кладут, только в первый день. Далее нужно просить и напоминать. Крем для тела, ватные диски не пополняют…все пусто и все нужно выпрашивать. Так быть не должно, с такой политикой в отеле гости не чувствуют себя комфортно. Плохой сервис, в этом районе за эти деньги можно найти отель лучше. Завтраки скудные и не разнообразные. Все было оплачено с завтраками, но мы ими не воспользовались, потому что это не аппетитно. Не вкусно. В этом отеле ты себя не чувствуешь желанным гостем.
На любое замечание, они удивляются и говорят: «Ах, как так?! Такое у нас впервые»
Не советую останавливаться в отеле Glens Palas

Clean, stylish, and very comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly, kind, and always willing to help. The bathroom amenities were of high quality, and it was wonderfully quiet at night. We had a great stay and would happily return.
