Pros:

O complexo é bem localizado, novo, limpo.
Porém a área interna do apartamento é beem pequena.
Os banheiros são minúsculos.

I was expecting more of this hotel !
Pros:

I was expecting more of this hotel ! The staff was always friendly and polite, but infrastructure left to be desired: took 4 trips back to the "front desk" to get a working wifi connection; either they did not have the right network for the apartment or the password was not right, etc. Prior to the arrival you fill out an online detailed questionnaire (including vehicle plates, etc.) only to be asked again at check in !! Hum...
Toilet paper finished mid week; stopped at the front desk to ask for more... nope: you have to call the administration of the apartment for them to eventually provide it...
Right in front of the building there's an university, so you can expect at any given time of day or night to see a crowd of students chatting, drinking, smoking & having fun on the sidewalk.. by smoking I mean legal and illegal products.
OK !! now that I vented my dislikes with apartment, let's talk about the good part:
Located in a good neighborhood you have plenty of restaurants & bars to go in walking distance (I recommend Pizza Bras just 2 blocks away)
You have free parking for your vehicle
Hotel amenities are nice: gym, lap pool, nice yard for sun bathing, etc.
Again, staff is courteous and polite !!
Apartment bed was nice - shower and toilet areas are SMALL... if your XXL think again before booking.
Overall I would try other units (they have several) before coming back to this one; or even pay slightly more for a regular hotel

Foi fantástico. Atendimento e recepção muito bons, estrutura fantástica. Ótimo custo benefício. Deu vontade até de ficar mais tempo.

Decepcionante.
Pros:

Estou profundamente decepcionada com Hoteis.com e as acomodações do Vitacob Quatá. Nao recomendo e não pretendo me hospedar novamente.

Otima localizacao porem com alguns detalhes
Pros:

Aquecimento do chuveiro intermitente, esquentava e esfriava o tempo todo. Nao dava para tomar um banho completo aquecido. Quarto sem TV a cabo...
