Pros:

Central from all attractions in Istanbul (close from T1 Tranway). However, room was very small, not a single TV channel in English. Broken jacuzzy, nobody really cares.
Staff correct but their english capabilities weren't memorable.

Location is closed to the metro and tram. Also, most of the attractions are reachable on foot, lots of places to eat and shop.
The property needs a make over and staff needs a welcoming attitude ( neutral and disinterested)…
