لقد خرجت من اليوم الأول وقمت بالحجز في فندق مرمرة تقسيم بمبلغ 1000 يورو ويوجد لدي ما يثبت ذلك علماً بأن لدي مستندات تدل على حجزي وسبب خروجي من الفندق عدم وجود التكييف حيث أنني قمت بالتأكد من حجزي ووجدت ان هناك مكتوب تكييف حاولت الشكوى عن طريق التطبيق ولم أستطع ، لطفاً منكم اذا اقتنعتم مساعدتي في ارجاع مالي وإن لم تصدقوني فأرسلوا أحد من طرفكم الخاص ويقيّم ما إذا كان يوجد تكييف أم لا .
ملاحظة : عندما قلت للعامل في الفندق بأنني سأقدم شكوى بسبب عدم وجود التكييف قال لي لن أستطيع ان اثبت ذلك بسبب وجود عداد التكييف بجانب الإستقبال .
