Worse experience ever
Pros:

They refused to let me stay even when I had a paid reservation and was showing it to them, they couldn't care to bother. I think it was a communication break down between u and the hotel and I had to pay for it. They were so unprofessional. I had to leave at almost 10pm to go search for another hotel and paid almost twice the price cos it wasnt prebooked

GOOD LOCATION AND FACILITIES BUT ..........
Pros:

The hotel is sited in the central city and the facilities are currently undergoing an upgrade. Already a new television, a new bath, and an AC in good condition. However, the experience was terrible. They don't know how to check and verify my reservation online. The room I booked for was downgraded. The internet (wifi) they claimed to have is not available. The complimentary breakfast was denied.
In general, I am not advising anybody to book and pay for this hotel online. I advise for booking and pay at the check-in, particularly that is what they can understand for now (to collect the physical cash). And you should bear in mind you will not likely get other services like free internet and complimentary breakfast.

Pros:

No WiFi and no complimentary breakfast as advertised.

Noise all day due to construction or remodeling work on boutique downstairs.
