Pros:

Pros:

Young staff (two male) friendly and kind, trying to assist while obvious lack of management.

Good WIFI

Convenient Location with two supermarkets, restaurants, main road, and other facilities within walking distance.

Cons:
Smell from toilet pipe, could not enter shower few time because was too strong.

Dust no one wiped floor or dust before letting to the room on the first day.

Noisy due to extremely loud music from the hotel restaurant almost everyday till 10-11pm. Staff shouts next to guest room's door from 8-9am

Could not confirm my booking which was done via expedia and asked me to pay (eventually I did not of course they apologized).
