Beautiful and cozy, lots of fun
Pros:

Beautiful, staff is SO kind, and everything you need is in one arena.

Cons:

Not having room service in a hotel that has its own restaurant is just a bad business model.
Please bring back individual bathroom toiletries.

Cons:

I wish they provided body lotion in the hotel rooms. I didn't bring any thinking the room would be provided with some. I also didn't like that there wasnt a free breakfast provided in the morning.

Love place for an overnight!
Pros:

Nice location overall.
2 am, noise somewhere from another room, I texted help to the night concierge and he "looked into it right away" and I don't know what he did but it got quiet soon after---Yay!.
Morning tea and coffee in the Lounge. Morning staff were very friendly, helpful, cheerful.

A gem!
Pros:

What a surprise! Very cool vibe right along the river. Good green space for dog walking. Rooms were unique. The hotel had many surprises, including secret rooms.

Pros:

We liked our room but will choose a riverside room next times. Sure enjoyed relaxing on the riverside decks at lunch and dinner. Such nice staff! Easy parking.

Pros:

Fun adventurous rooms. Heard the train all might. So, if you want peace and quiet. Not for you! Food was okay. Room was clean and had a beautiful bottle of wine wait for us when we checked in. Just wish it wasn’t so close to the train tracks.
