真是太棒了
Pros:

服務人員非常親切，就算語言不通也竭盡所能提供一切服務。
地點很好，靠近四條烏丸、錦市場、新京極，想逛街不怕沒地方！
旁邊的「山とみ」關東煮餐廳，非常好吃，清酒好喝！
酒店早上提供的可頌麵包，太香了，讓一整天的旅程有愉悅的開始！

Cons:

最不滿意的地方，就是太舒服卻沒辦法一直住下去，實在太可惡了！

The hotel staff provided lots of information about restaurants and activities in the area. There was also a free laundry facility which was great!

Letto super comodi, stanza spaziosa e personale super gentile e disponibile. Ottima anche la disponibilità della lavanderia. Ottima connessione Wi-Fi. Il posto in cui si trova è perfetto per girare Kyoto.

Pros:

Lovely hotel all round. Very clean, tidy and well presented. The staff were wonderful, always friendly and willing to help in any way possible. If I come back to Kyoto, I would love to stay here again.

Would highly recommend for your stay in Kyoto
Pros:

Perfect location with it’s proximity to Nishiki market. The rooms were spacious, and spotless. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

Cons:

No room service but did not really need it.
