Pros:

Friendly staff

Cons:

The room was small. The toilet was leaking. The fireworks were a disaster. The restaurant was fully booked I could not get a table. I ended up eating in my room. I had to beg the restaurant to send me food to my room.

The Elysian resort is a quiet and comfortable place to rest and recuperate.
Pros:

The garden pictures on the website attracted me to book in Elysian Resort. They have a gorgeous garden out front but at the back where the rooms are located, it is rather basic. So the garden view is not actually what one imagines it might be. Still the property is big. They gave me a choice of rooms because the allotted room did not have any garden view or balcony as mentioned in the reservation. Some rooms do not have a functional water jet spray/bidet arrangement in the bathroom. The one I stayed in was also not functioning well. Apart from this, everything about the room was great. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Maxine for making our stay very pleasant.

Cons:

I felt that the mattress should be replaced as it had started sagging.
