It was our first time in Dubai, a friendly gentleman checked us in and upon arrival to the room we did notice few mistakes like overall cleanliness in the room and bathroom, ripped linen and towels , missing bathrobes, but we didnt think nothing of it since the location of the hotel and view from the room left us in awe. The issues came the following day, after asking multiple times front desk and housekeeping for fresh towels and bathrobes. It took us a day and a half and a total of five times visit to the front desk to eventually get the towels and bathrobes. The worst of all our linen was not changed for three days. The staff was very apologetic and after that we got fresh linen every day , extra towels, extra waters and amenities. We were grateful for the attentivnes of the staff, we are just dissapointed it was not from the start. We are visiting Dubai next year again for sure but will not stay in the same hotel again.

It was clean, nice location and we got an upgraded room as they told us.
There were some issue that we got quite disappointed by hotel’s policy. We get charged by a hotel taxi claiming double price than the normal ride ( we weren’t aware of the price) . We felt very disappointed of a hotel trying to mislead the people staying there about the price, since we didn’t plan to get a taxi through the hotel and they insist on the entrance.
The other negative side of this hotel is the noise from the street and the cars. I couldn’t get to sleep due to so much noise ( worth to mention that we stayed at 13th floor). I am happy that we stayed just a night there and no more.

Good hotel, room was smaller than what I paid for online booking. Customer service is dropping overall in Dubai as compare to my previous experiences.

Great stay. Great accommodations. Great staff.
Only downside was the construction site in the city view from my room.
Also, i just found out there is an airport shuttle service.

This hotel is by far the worst 5 star property I have ever stayed. I should have known the rate was too good to be worth while. While having breakfast I have a few pieces of pastry left - they would not allow me to take them up to my room and would rather wasting it and throwing it away claiming that it was a Dubai rule. There is no rule that states you can not have food in your room hotel room. Absolutely absurd. Will never stay here again and would not recommend anyone else to do so.
