Terrible experience
Pros:

Kings solomon hotel is not an hotel,i got there and i was told they don't have the information of my reservation, my money were not refunded ,i never slept or spent time there ,i was standard i have to look for another hotel that night, even when i presented receipts of payment,nothing was done, please i need my refund. Thank u .john idode

Pros:

Horrible please don’t stay here. Water doesn’t work half the time, toilet pours water on the floor, no hot water at all, no kettle in any room, 1 television channel that is not clear at all. They cleaned room 1 time for 8 days! Staff just wants to be dashed over and over again even coming to your room several times daily. Phones don’t work, ordering food takes hours to receive, but the Kitchen lady is actually the only nice person on staff. Manager tried to make us pay more money for or room we already paid for. Just horrible experience.
