Positive experience
Pros:

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Room was a bit basic but adequate, quiet and clean. And good value. If it was a double, it would have been a bit cosy but as a single, it was fine. I liked the location because it is in a very picuresque part of Bergen, a litte way from the hub of the Bryggen, but still walkable for everything you need. You should know it is up a pretty steep hill and the hotel does not have a lift. Staff kindly helped with my luggage.

Cons:

I had not been told in advance that the hotel was shutting down completely for Easter on the Wednesday before, so I was unable to store my luggage there on Wednesday when I had an evening flight. If you are planning to stay near a public holiday, best to check how long the hotel will be open.

Very friendly happy atmosphere
Pros:

The hotel was very helpful when we arrived as we needed to have a bathroom with a walk in shower and they arranged this for us .

Great location and facilities
Pros:

Great location and facilities, well catered for gluten free. Love the concept of this hotel - helping those return to work. Nice to have usb charging ports as well as power points. Small but well appointed bathroom

Convenient budget hotel in a beautiful central area of Bergen
Pros:

- very convenient location
- staff was friendly
- we were even able to check-in almost 3 hours earlier
- beautiful view from the window
- tasty breakfast with decent selection, however if you don’t come early, they may run out of things quickly

Cons:

- the room definitely could have been cleaner (the armchair was dirty, we even found stuff probably of previous guests under the bed)
- the walls are not soundproof at all, so if you are a light sleeper, you can easily get woken up by people walking on the corridor / talking or coughing in other rooms

Pros:

Das Frühstück war mega. Sehr viel Auswahl an verschiedenen Fischvariationen. Wir konnten unser Gepäck kostenlos im Hotel verstauen.

Cons:

Gibt leider nur eine lockere Schiebetür zum Badezimmer.
