タオル交換時、2名で泊まったのに1枚しか新しいタオルがなかった
悪い点ではないが、階段はないので部屋まで上がるのが少し大変

The rooms are warm and cozy. They have a nice lounge and dining area. The hotel is near the city center, it’s like 10 minutes walk from the center. Most of all I love the most is the staffs, they speak English really well so communication is very easy. They are so friendly, approchable and accommodating.

Nice friendly hotel in quiet but convenient location.
Pros:

It was a smaller hotel in a very quiet location which was close to the harbour and Bryggen and the city centre. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

The decor was a little bit tired.

Central, quiet position.

Small hotel

Cons:

Bit of a steep climb from the Hurtigruten terminal, especially if hauling luggage.
No lifts so lugging heavy suitcases up two spiral staircases is difficult

Sehr originelles Hotel
Pros:

Traumhafte Lage in einer hübschen Wohngegend auf einem Hügel. 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Innenstadt Schöne Aussicht auf Bryggen und die Floyenbahn. Selbst gebackenes Brot zum Frühstück. Nachmittags gab es eine frisch gebackene Waffel. Freundliches Personal. Schöner Aufenthaltsraum.

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig und Bad sehr eng, da es sich um ein altes Holzhaus handelt. Wenn die Zimmernachbarn nach Hause kamen, bebte der Boden in unserem (relativ kleinen) Zimmer.

This is a cosy little hotel located in a beautiful area close to the city center, at Nordnes. The staff is lovely, and the breakfast is well made. They toasted some gluten free bread for me upon request!

Cons:

The coffee was from an automatic machine instead of traditionally brewed. That's the only negative thing!

Quiet, relaxed and comfortable hotel in a quiet area.
Pros:

Helpful and friendly staff, comfortable room, good location away from the centre but close enough to walk in ten minutes. Breakfast was a great choice of foods, including smoked whale which is delicious. I was impressed with the place and would definitely go back, Bergen is well worth a visit.
