Pros:

Property has an incredible view of the sea and takes just 1 minute to get down to a lovely quiet beach. Staff were really friendly. Bed was very comfy and shower worked really well. Water bottles and biscuits were dropped off each day outside our door. The breakfast included in the price of the room was really nice.

Pros:

The sound of the sea; being so close to the shore and right on the Norfolk Coast Path. Ideal as a setting off spot for walks and close enough to the coastal bus routes.

Pros:

We stayed for one night in August. The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel at home whilst also giving us space. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. The restaurant food was superb and we appreciated the included breakfast. Also the tea and coffee facilities in the room were generous. Spacious bathroom with a good shower. Right on the sea front with steps down to a beautiful and quiet beach.

Non Commercialised sea-side place.
Pros:

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The weather helped, nothing like what the forecast said.
The beach was good. Hardly any one on it considering the weather being nice.
The downside is no amenities, stores, shops on the beach. The hotel had a bar and served food.
On the high street there was a Chinese, good food. A fish & chip shop, well worth a visit, and there was a Premier supermarket, corner shop at reasonable prices.

mistake but it was last minute
Pros:

We quickly needed an overnight room as playing golf at Royal Cromer. The location was very good - 10 ninutes South of Cromer. And it was available. The hotel itself is set within a Caravan\Holiday Park and from our room we did have views straight to the beach - over 4 static caravans. First impressions were not good. The welcome at reception checkin was very friendly. The way to the room reminded me of an old office building complex. The room was almost a Premier Inn standard, but not quite. Cleanliness was OK although could have been better. The bathroom area did have a distinct odour. The communal areas were tired and must be difficult to upkeep. We had to leave at 7.30 so missed the breakfast and cannot comment. There was a singer on that night - Sunday - and despite the soundproofing he could still be heard up until 10:30pm. It was a late room for 1 night and it just about did the job but we would not stay again. Maybe it is early after lockdown and it will pick up on some details over the coming months. PS The caravan park\ static homes etc looked nice and very busy.

Great for a secluded break
Pros:

Stayed for one night in the hotel itself (not a caravan). Site facilites good, and covid-safe. Breakfast served quickly and good standard. Site is right on the beach (10 steps down to the sand) and a 20 minute walk from the nearest shops/village/pub, though the site has its own mini-shop and bar.

Enjoyable stay at the cliff top inn
Pros:

Enjoyed my stay at the cliff top in, it’s right next to a beach so if you’re looking for close proximity to the sea then it’s perfect. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only negative is that it’s very isolated, didn’t seem to have any nearby shops and not much going on around it but other than that I can’t complain.
