Pros:

The only good thing was the location, as it’s close to Taksim and Istiklal..
The hotel is average the staff at reception whatever you ask them they don’t have any idea and didn’t give any information only check in and they give key, that’s it no one ever offers assistance..

There were also a lot of stairs to get to the reception, which was very small. The staff didn’t help at all; whenever we asked them for anything, they just said, ‘We have nothing to do with that.’ And also, we had put a sign on the door saying not to enter, as we were going on a trip. When we returned at the end of the day and asked for our water, which is supposed to be provided daily in the room, they simply told us, ‘We don’t handle that; it’s just with housekeeping.’”

Superb location in the heart of Istanbul near almost everything this is my second stay great staff and room service cleaning was excellent

Das Hotel braucht mal eine Renovierung die Matratzen waren sehr schlecht habe nach zwei Tagen Aufenthalt Rücken schmerzen bekommen weil die Matratzen durch gelegen sind
